I went to Flight Centre Cresta and sat with a consultant to book my trip. After spending some time we finally found an ideal match or so I thought. Upon getting home and looking at the printouts/vouchers I noticed that the hotel accommodation was not what I had asked for. After a few visits to Flight Centre, numerous phone calls which were "dodged" by said consultant and promises of return phone calls, and my relentlessly chasing the consultant, I was eventually informed that the booking could not be changed. She had spoken to the hotel and they would attempt to assist me upon my arrival. I asked for an email to verify the conversation - this was not forthcoming. This being my first and surely last experience with Flight Centre. I am disappointed and disgruntled and would not use Flight Centre again nor recommend it to anyone. Shocking guys!!!!

Bought a gift voucher for my daughter 14 months ago and she has not been able to use it! I was never informed that she would have to use the gift voucher in the store and as a result must pay between 30-100% more for any flight or accommodation. It can’t be used to make an online purchase on the Flight Centre site and we can’t get a refund!

It has been over 2 years that I have been following up on my flight which was cancelled with SAA. I understand SAA has had problems but all I ask is for updates and I get nothing. Such a big company should have a customer care contact to help as opposed to directing me to an understaffed branch..

Initially so helpful and hopeful. Then forgot about me, completely. Even mentioned above and apologised. Then taken over by someone else that eventually goes on leave and does not even respond. Maybe it's my travel requests that are an issue. Will definitely go elsewhere.

Cannot express my gratitude to Johan for his exceptional service. Emergency after emergency and Johan sorted out every delay and cancellation I made with efficiency and politeness. I will book all my travel with him in the future. Thank you Johan

Ingrid Coetzee at your branch has such bad customer service. You will wait weeks for feedback on a booking. Her colleagues wouldn't communicate with me in English so i had to ask my colleague to relay my message. Will never book with them again.

Johan van neuwenhuizen at Cresta Flight Centre makes booking a flight, no matter how difficult the request an absolute pleasure. Will not go to any other travel agent.
