Everything was going well until we got to the airport for check in to Qantas counter and one name on passport wa slightly incorrect,we we not allowed to board with Qantas until problem was fixed.Can't blame Qantas but because flight centre staff did not insist on viewing passports at time of booking,we had to wait till next day to fly thus resulting in extra costs,e.g.hotel accom.etc being incurred.(not sure if refundable under insurance policy,maybe Jeanette can call me. Holiday went well until we had to return and we were looking forward to coming back on Emirates(as booked),but flight was changed to a Qantas flight,earlier and we nearly missed the flight but for the hotel telling us to get to the airport quick.Still waiting for a call frm Flight Centre on this. I know it is my job to check all details but in future if flight centre staff can be more proactive and insist on viewing passports at time of booking,this problem could have been averted. I thought it was necessary to let people know before they book with Flight Centre in future.

I’ve been to Matt for 2 of my holidays and he has been INCREDIBLE, so much so I’m going back for my 3rd in a year. He’s made the process of planning a holiday so easy and stress free and always gets me the best deals / hotels / tours. I even needed to change my flights last minute while I was in Greece because I extended my trip to another country and he was available and calling me, and sorting out my change of flights in a completely different time zone at the very end of his shift. Flight centre Croydon isn’t my closest flight centre but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

They have good deals but I'd advise People to compare the market these days especially if you have any rewards programs as there's alot easier ways to get cheaper deals out there these days! Still good if you want ta start out getting some ideas though to pop in and talk to them?

We have been to multiple companies over many years but this takes the cake !! The knowledge Jacqui, the manager, has is excellent and the follow up is prompt and precise. We have never been more happy and we book many trips every year. Keep up the good work team …

Whatever you do please do not use these guys!!! The manager of the store Jeanette Edwards is unprofessional, thoroughly unhelpful and even sarcastic in her communication manner. Staff are pushy also re booking extras..worst experience with a travel agent i ever had!!

Very friendly staff who have had a wide variety of travel experience. Enthusiastic about your trip & interested in what You want to do. No pushy sales tactics. Conscious of value for money whilst appreciating the need to indulge at times.

Amazing work, Matthew was just brilliant. Did everything for me, gave me a great holiday. Later found out he'd only been there 6 months! Couldn't believe it and could not rate the service any better. If I could give 10 stars I would.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. We have been back for a month and no follow up at all. Pretty bad when they knew that we were facing issues upon arrival in Bali

Flight Centre Croydon has been excellent with their assistance in gooding our group tour to Queenstown NZ. Staff were quick with their response times and always helpful. Recommend
