Thanks to Jessica for re-scheduling my mother's pre-COVID booking to this September. At our last meeting in February, the flights were booked and Jessica provided websites for the Vietnam and Cambodia visas. Jessica said I should apply for my mother around July-August but she could help should I run into trouble. Upon recently visiting the websites, it raised a number of questions that needed to be clarified by Flight Centre. For example is a single- or multiple-entry required, what are the places of accommodation, what are the ports of arrival and destination? I sent Jessica a number of emails in July and finally called where her male colleague could answer some questions. Jessica replied that day with "I am so sorry I will reply back as soon as I am free today", but never did. As a result, I submitted an enquiry to the Flight Centre website at the end of July regarding outstanding questions and I am currently awaiting a response. Such assistance is where it would be a benefit to deal with Flight Centre travel consultants and take advantage of their knowledge and experience. However, based on my current experience, my family and I will book a 2 week holiday to Japan with another travel agent.

I had to attend the centre as I had a gift card although I had resolution never to use flight centre again due to bad experiences. Between my contact with agent Jessica I had to make a short call to confirm something for the flight and the agent was getting upset and pushing me away because someone was waiting behind me. I did not leave my seat as I knew I am not going to take more than few seconds and my time is also important. After confirmation of flight I only asked the agent how come the price is cheaper online is it agent fee or something and while the answer could only be a yes or no, she starts at me saying irrelevant things which makes no sense. I could not deal with such a person and said good bye and left. Jessica needs a lesson on ethics and service

Very poor service. Had to call many times before someone (at another Flight Centre place) picked up the phone to inform me that I had better go into the shop in person to make an appointment to ask my questions about booking a trip overseas. When I went into the shop I waited 20 mins before someone even asked what I needed. They were busy with customers so I called the phone number on the wall I was instructed to call but when the travel agent asked what I wanted I basically got told off for being responsible for "the call that is bouncing around from phone to phone while they're busy" Never going back to that one. Shocking unaustralian experience!

We went here with optimism. heard all the sales talk.........left there OK, but something just bugged me about the experience. She promised the works, with emails duly sent within a few hours. BUT............Jack S. was sent. All excuses, and lies I only received emails after I contacted her. The so called "rep" was named Michelle............do not deal with her.......ever. I hate to criticise as I am aware we all make mistakes, but covering up and lying serves no purpose. And what she sent me after being found out was not what I asked for and very amateurish at best My bad dealing with them..............never again.

It was a pleasure to finally meet her in person at the store where she stayed back past her working hours to a accomodate my work hours to finally book and pay for tickets . Really bad experience in the store. Went in to buy some business class tickets overseas, really special trip for myself and my grandfather, would normally have booked myself but I needed a connecting flight after the trip so thought id speak to a professional. They were super busy, happy to wait the 15 minutes, but when we finally gotten to speak to someone it was nothing but inconvenience and what you want is impossible. I just went home and booked it for cheaper than her quote anyway direct through the airline. If you're going to try and gouge me 8k for airline tickets, at least do it with a smile

I was served by Michelle and was on a very tight budget with limited options. She was AMAZING!!! She searched and searched again and found me the airline I wanted, on the day I wanted in my price range. NOT easy. Another flight centre said what I wanted was not possible. Michelle also gave me a charm to keep me safe when travelling as I'm a nervous flyer and just went above and beyond. I would recommend her 100%. She made me feel like family. If you need to book a flight, she will make it happen for you. Thanks Michelle! I got here safe and sound :)

Got an issue booking online after payment made with CommBank points. Called the support and they advised to visit in Store. Went to the Parkmore Flight Centre shop. The lady was nice and helpful but the systems price and Online price is different for 100$ per person. The supervisor in store advised not to use the Flight Centre online booking and he said their website booking is terrible. 100$ per person difference is too much between flightcentre online and in-store. I am not sure how this system works.

I have been dealing with Dylan Spence from the Parkmore office over the last few months. He has arranged our cruise and flights to Alaska , Canada and USA. His knowledge and advice to get the best value on our trip has meant we see 2 more cities and get the best flights possible. Service has been excellent. I am happy I went to the Parkmore store to get my travel arrangements organized.

Lots of promise to send through cruise links and flight options for Europe. Unfortunately Michelle did not deliver a single email. Even followed it up with an email to her, which included some flights I had found via Air France website as a suggestion- no acknowledgement. We ended up booking the flights ourselves and the cruise via the online consultant at Flight Centre.

Poor customer service..!! The staff is arrogant and seems they are not happy to work. I went in their few months ago to make a flight booking, I was not even asked to have a seat. They kept making excuses and no one was happy to attend us. I'm a regular customer of flight centre but after this experience I don't feel like staying connected to them

Lauren was a super trooper when we came to seek assistance last week. She was the only employee working and had a fair few people waiting in line. She did her best to attend to anyone and even juggled multiple issues at the same time. She was very kind but also quick and effective. Her good work needs to be recognised

This flight centre is absolutely useless. Have to beg to make a booking, because they always maintain they have appointments! Now I'm waiting to pick up my ticket, the guy closed the shop and literally ran off. I fly tomorrow! Never experienced such bad service in Australia. Nor do they answer phones.
