Rufus Lietz is a very professional and knowledgable travel agent. He is well travelled so that helps. He booked us a 6 week trip to Europe that included a 10 day coach tour from Rome to Paris, single day coach tour from London, APT Budapest to Amsterdam River cruise, hotel accommodations in several locations and long distance train trips within France. The trip was extremely smooth without a single hitch. We got back a couple of weeks ago elated and joyous from a wonderful trip. So much so that as soon as we returned we contacted Rufus to book us another trip to Japan in March/April next year. Rufus is a super dude ;)

The best customer service and care going around! Two years ago my son got stuck during COVID in USA for 10 months. Gemma got him home safely, was watching flights and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Since then, we have never used anyone else. No ask is too big. Rufus is exceptional. Despite living in another state , my entire family and now friends use him. He is knowledgeable, professional and has an absolute can do attitude . He quickly learnt what we valued and would always consider that in every suggestion . Due to Covid-19 this year, our booked and paid for tour , was cancelled. We cannot thank Flight Centre at Stud Park enough , for their time and the professional way in which they managed our affairs. Rufus had looked after us on other trips we’d taken and again did a wonderful job this time. Thanks to his efforts, we received refunds from the cancelled tour and air fares. Rufus at FC Stud Park is a wonderful asset to the company. He is prompt in responding, is always courteous, very knowledgeable and offers wonderful customer service. Since his Ringwood FC days, he has always gone above and beyond to ensure all of our trips have been hassle free and good value. Why we have maintained him as our TA for the last 10 years and will chose to return, even though this is not our local FC.

It’s quite inconsiderate to accept a call from a customer saying you’d like to quote and book their trip only to then ignore them afterwards. I’ve emailed our desired trip itinerary and followed up with Zoe via email, but she hasn’t even bothered to reply saying she’s busy or not able to help. It’s been a month and we had to go elsewhere (which they’ve been so much more welcoming) really poor form!

We, my wife and I, have used Flight Centre Rowville for many years, Gemma in particular. We were very happy with their service pre Covid and found them to be particularly helpful with refunds etc created by Covid, (not Flight Centres fault). We book an overseas trip at least annually and find their service to be excellent. We will continue to take advantage of that excellent service.

The flight center at Stud Park has been exemplary in their attendance to our needs, especially during COVID, Rufus, their manager has excelled in his responses to our questions during these trying times and has been successful in achieving a full refund for our cancelled holiday. Most disappointed with the service at Stud Park. The consultant refused to write my name as per requested. And she was adamant she was correct. I am a seasoned traveller and my usual agent does a good job with names etc. Won't be using Flight Centre again .
