Helpful but I am sincerely confused about the quality of customer service and/or knowledge of products. How is it standard to offer a "new pair" in box when it has been clearly worn (black staining around areas inside leather that is clearly body oils) and then to say it's the difference in quality of make and leather...very friendly but still confused...

Walked into the store today with my son, with the intention to buy him a pair of boots, walked around the store for a few minutes, we were the only ones in the store. Not offered any assistance or asked if we needed any help. Sales person couldn’t care less. Walked out and bought boots from David Jones, which had great service.

Very friendly staff at The Glen store. They were extremely helpful in sorting out an exchange. Florsheim make good quality and comfy shoes and good customer service makes me keeping going back to them.

Lovely customer service from the kind lady working 16th Dec 2023. Unfortunately we had to return our purchase as it wasn’t as expected and she handled it with no fuss.
