"I enquired about a product over the phone, I asked the manager to please give me the brand names of the item i was after, 30 seconds later she came back with 2 brand names none of the kind of product I requested, she said she has no idea of the products (which is weird for a manager not to have some basic knowledge of the products you sell) she was rushed and told me i had to make up my mind of the litter i wanted!!! (which i told her in the beginning what type i wanted) she then told me she had a line of people and hang up the phone! if this is the type of customer service you get from a local shop, who rely on local customers i would rather not support them from now on and go to Woolworths or Coles"
"There is one very rude staff member whom you would think that by her age she would have learnt some form of customer service"
"I am not sure if the staff could be any ruder if they tried"
"I'm very sorry but on more than one occasion I have bought eggs from here and come home to cook them and their rotten :/ 2-3 occasions I have bought bread which turn out to be mouldy !!! Please please please as a manager of a fast food restaurant rotate your stock throw out your expired products you'll end up with a hefty fine if someone's child gets very sick and it leads back to the store"
"Shame on you owner/manager"

There is one very rude staff member whom you would think that by her age she would have learnt some form of customer service. The owner was also meant to call me in regards to the treatment I received from this staff member but nope, no phone call. I thought it was just me she disliked until a friend got her the other day and has sworn never to set foot in there again. Oh and the price of their economy rump steak changes and we are told “that’s the price that’s on the ticket” when asked if it has gone up but Lo and behold it is back to its normal price a day or so after??!! Weird that the same steak is $10 a kg more one day and then back to its normal $9.99 kg the next??? And yes I took photos
I am not sure if the staff could be any ruder if they tried. Every single time I enter this store I greet the staff, try and be pleasent and cheery, and more often than not get a grunt or nothing at all in return. I thought it may be a one off, everyone is entitled to a bad day but nope, every. Single. Time. No conversation, no smile, nothing. I get its been tough, you probably have been abused and yelled at, but my god, if someone is trying to be friendly and polite, at least make a vague attempt at giving it back. Every single interaction appears to be bothersom and an inconvienece. Perhaps some customer service training?

Please please please as a manager of a fast food restaurant rotate your stock throw out your expired products you'll end up with a hefty fine if someone's child gets very sick and it leads back to the store.Id rather have food wastage then lawyers smashing my company with a massive fine :/ Giving your customers the best quality food is Essential to a thriving business :) if I were working there i would buck the place up
Shame on you owner/manager. Teaching your children staff members to upsell and peddle cigarettes to customers at the checkout! Are you that desperate for sales you have to stoop to pushing garbage on people If I smoked and wanted cigarettes, I would have asked for them. Also, I say NO to your plastic bags. If plastic is not good for the environment then why get rid of the free ones and replace them with thicker ones for sale? Plastic is plastic. Pretty hypocritical. Just because the bigger suppermarket chains decided to practice this hypocricy, does not mean you have to follow.
Bought what i thought would be a fresh container of chopped up rockamelon to later go to bite into it and spit it straight out because it was completely off and smelt disgusting! I then checked the package date and was 9 days on the shelf before purchased! Why employ staff if they cannot do their job to make sure things that arnt fresh are chucked out.
So the “new owners” and IGA taking over a couple of weeks ago. Yet all the signage and prices still the same. I bumped into the new owner a few weeks ago who stated better prices, and yet here we are shopping at Foodworks. What a joke “IGA Bradbury” I’d give zero star rating if I could.
It's great if you're shopping for shelves! They're always behind on shipments leaving the shelves bare. I've come here multiple times to grab bread, or milk, and its literally empty. After 3 or 4 explosive tantrums to myself in the car, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
I love having a local supermarket and they have a fabulous range of British food items!! Toffee, galaxy bars, branston pickle...so much! That's a highlight. Plus the staff are friendly, they hire great local young people and they have a good range and stock levels.
Limited stock i find myself having to go somewhere else. Check what cigarettes you get because I've been given the wrong ones and always get a receipt. I highly recommend to shop somwhere else even if its to grab some "honey" chances are they wont have it.
Disgusting serivce, bad attitude from service staff. No stock through out store, when asked why there was no stock " i dont know " and attitude like she did not care. Very poor and disappointed . I Will never return to this store.
They don't have all products you find at the other supermarket, also they need to get rid of the smell from the manure at the entrance and smell of the charcoal chicken that stays in the air. Maybe exhaust fan need to be installed
I always go here when I don't want to go to the big supermarkets The deli is great with premade snacks and sandwiches and it's got all of what you need in a smaller place Service is always good with young people
Always a disappointing shopping experience. High prices, plenty of out of date products and the shelves are always missing stock. A service station provides more options than this place. …
i go there often, but the staff there are not rude, but just stare at you. but its easy to get stuff, just walk in get your stuff, pay and go so its pretty good. (it changed to IGA now)
Change of ownership has really improved the store, prices are a bit high but expected. Shop is ten times cleaner then the old owner. Staff are friendly as before and always helpful.
Great for dinners on the go, especially for a small local store. They will even bake roasts that you buy from their store, but you have to go in early to have them cook it.
has everything, but they seem to carry more of the Black and Gold brand. Their hot food is great though, chicken and mixed vegetables in a tray foil. Good serving too.
Shelves are full again and the sales are awesome. The young girl in the deli is really delightful, always changing her hair. All staff are very friendly and helpful
Fab little shop, amazing staff, a shame the owner doesn’t keep it well stocked.. Could be a fantastic business if it was looked after
Sick of that old woman who works the checkout, she needs to let a a young person take her role she is too old.
Friendly staff.. The Deli always has amazing stuff.. great place to shop if the stock is in..
Just buy the essentials ,since the take over prices are high employees are great ,friendly
A new facelift and certainly up there with the major stores such as Woolworths and Coles.
Stopped for milk, picked up some chicken wings cooked to perfection, yum, Its now a IGA
I found the staff at bradbury awesome they go out of their way to help . Friendly shop
Friendly staff and competitive prices. Great for a quick stop for the odd few things.
Sometime s minimal stock, but a good place to buy stuff quickly. Always parking.
My local supermarket, it has definitely improved since the new owners took over
Probably attempted too much too quickly meaning they have a lot of work to do.
Friendly staff, only downside is it's a bit over priced. It's now IGA
Well at least they have stock to sell, the staff are always friendly,
Hi,its a great place, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Excellent for a quick shop and to pick up things you forgot.
Staff are very Good , Good range and Excellent value , AAA+
Small shop. Variety is ok. Good staff. Milk is overpriced
