Very unprofessional staff. I went here on Friday,18th March around 6-7 pm. I knew what shoe I needed as it was available on their website. I tried to ask the saleman twice or thrice about it and he was not aware of anything what is available and gave me a shoe which is not the same. Then I tried to ask the other sales lady who was busy talking to her friends and then she answered that if its not on the shelf then we don't have it. Not even willing to walk upto the shoe section with me to help out. Even after showing the picture or shoe information on their website they were not even able to tell that they don't have it or it's not available. I don't know why they both were even there at the shop as they were just busy talking to their friends and passing the time. Hopefully the store manager still works.

The store girl (i think Zoe A) was not interested in assisting us at all right from the start. She ignored our multiple calls to get the item from the top wall shelf, had no clue about the sale items (infact we searched the footlocker site to show her the prices). We were surprised to see the indifferent attitude. On top she complained to her senior during payment (we hadn't said a word) to which her senior responded you will get used to it..ladies we felt very very bad energy from the store. Please do your job and know your products, do a price check when requested.. is that unreasonable to expect?? Never visting your store here again. I generally ignore bad customer service, this was too much to handle for me.

100% the worst experience. Waited over 20 mins for staff member to search and bring back wrong size. Customers got tired of waiting and wished us “good luck”. When staff member finally came back, I was heading out the door. Gave them one more chance, but was taking too long to take paper out the box. I asked him to put the box down and he said no. I told him customers were leaving after getting fed up with waiting, he just shrugged. I asked him if he cared and he said no. ABSOLUTE S&$T SHOW. You should be embarrassed as a company.

yesterday i came in to buy a pair of shoes at around 6-7pm and my experience wasn't comforting whatsoever. The two workers were not willing to assist anyone that entered the store, instead, they played a game of rock paper scissors to see which one of them had to ask us if we needed help. eventually the male employee lost, so he asked the group of people beside us if they needed help. me and the people I was with saw what happened and left the store. we knew we couldn't provide money for such impolite workers.

I took my elderly mother to buy her a pair of sneakers and the young male staff member who attended to our enquiry was very pleasant and helpful. The young man could relate to my mothers recent knee reconstructions by regaling with he’s own mothers mobility issues so it was comforting to be dealing with someone who was considerate and understanding . My mother was most pleased with the sneakers she bought and says her knee and foot pain have diminished since , so thank you so much .

When we went to buy shoes, the sullen brunette and tattooed lady working there is really unhappy and I don't think she wants to work there. When we asked for help, she had an attitude like saying why are you asking. I think it would be better if someone who would be happy while working would work there. I think that people who deal with customers should be friendly and sincere. Customer definitely deserve it.I don't think I will go here again.

What can I say but the best footlocker store in the world, I was very lucky to deal with Bianca at that store and she went above and beyond...I really can’t say it in words how good she was to deal with she was able to get me exactly what I wanted and then went out of her way to follow up to make sure I was happy... believe me buyers you need to go there and ask for Bianca or Steph, they are the absolute best.....AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++

Very rude staff I ever seen. Seems like no one of them wanna work there. Bought a pair of shoes and went back next day to change to bigger size. Manager completely refused to change them even without looking on them. He ignored us and moved to his computer without finishing with us. Same thing happened with one other guy came for similar issue. Never recommend this store. Buy online or goto jd sports better.

I have had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at this store. 3 staff were chatting away and completely ignoring me. I wanted to get a size bigger for a shoe bought the day before and they refused to exchange because there was a manufacturing issue. The level of rudeness was disgusting. Never will I shop from this store again! I will make sure no-one from my surroundings ever does as well!

Today at 11am I went to Craigieburn store and one girl was there all I ask her do u have this shoes black color the way she answered me was so rude and disrespectful If they didn’t have that black color I was going to buy a nick 230 I told her I am really really sorry if I asked u a question I feel sorry for the boos u shouldn’t keep like this worker inside the shop u will lose money

I dealt with both the store manager and one of his employees and I must say that the level of customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Very very helpful. It has been such a long time since Ive had such wonderful customer service. Thank you so much guys, I'll definitely be shopping at this store from now on.

The worst possible service I have ever encountered and I have been in 3rd world countries . Maybe it’s because the area . But @footlockers needs to have some sort of customer service training for there staff . Really bad , to a point that we just walked out . Staff not interested in customers and just plain out rude .

Never again will I ever go to the Craigieburn store! Both staff were totally disinterested, tone deaf and condescending. With all the comments and poor reviews for the store it looks like the company itself has the same toxic culture and does not care about what customers are saying for over a year now!

Totally Disappointed!! Experienced very bad customer service at foot locker craigieburn yesterday. So many store assistants but no body wants to come forward and assist. A healthy lady there just ignored us even after being approached. Felt like being racist... Would never ever go there again..

Be aware of them they are fraud. Ask them for guarantee. They won't serve if defective piece after 28 days. And Nike will not provide any warranty because they are separate company. Nike state 2 years of guarantee on their website. Really rude staff, they are different when you buy
