Never Shopping There Again! A mistake was made at the register at Chadstone where the wrong shoes were sent home with me. That’s ok, because mistakes are made… BUT 30+ back to back calls to the store resulted in no one answering. A call to their customer service line resulted in a recorded message saying they no longer talk to you and you must use the online chat system. 10 minutes with a frustrating bot resulted in a 15 minute wait for a real person. The real person insisted that the store may not hear the phone ringing due to loud music and ‘in-store’ customers who are the priority. A request for urgent help resulted in me being told they could resolve my issue in 3-5 working days (WHAT THE…???) and only if I send them a photo of the incorrect product, the receipt, the box and the size on the tongue. The pair I purchased were the last pair and it is a Christmas gift. By the time I was able to communicate with a real person I was no longer at home. No photos could be sent at that point - and 3-5 WORKING DAYS - like I said (WHAT THE…???) All I wanted was for them to contact the store and tell them about THEIR MISTAKE. I could provide the name of the young lady who served me. She would remember me as I entered the store twice and she remembered me. We also had a big conversation about the sizing etc. (of course she did remember when I went back later) They just needed to ask for the correct shoe to be put aside until I could return later - but noooooo… That’s way too hard. A request to escalate the matter on line resulted in a refusal. For their error, I had to cancel and appointment (for which I will likely be charged). Get my sick son out of bed to drive me (as I would not get a carpark again at that time). Drop everything else and return to the store to ensure the correct shoes were not on-sold. My time - my expense - their error. At the store a request to speak with the store manager resulted in him telling me their phone is disconnected and doesn’t ring at their end (WHAT THE…???) A request for a supervisor email to escalate the issue resulted in the manager telling me they “don’t give out personal email addresses” (I don’t want a personal address - just a work one - WHAT THE…???) A question of “how do I escalate this issue then” resulted in me being sent back to Customer “you don’t get no” Service and the online chat system that was useless to start with. Oh… and finally they sent me an email addressed to Kieran even though we used my name right throughout the chat - Who TF is Kieran? All of this has resulted in a promise to myself… I will NEVER purchase from there again. Mistakes are made - that’s fine, but the customer service is absolutely abhorrent and I’m not feeding the greed of another rapacious conglomerate. It is my age group that does the big spending in these stores. I have already told friends I was out with last night about my experience and they have stated they will rethink shopping there too as they don’t want that sort of service if there is an issue. I no longer wish to hear their “corporate talk” responses and don’t really care about being sent around in circles. I choose to vote with my $$ and the support of my friends.

Not boasting but have a huge shoe collection 107 pairs of shoes the huge majority purchased from footlocker in Chadstone. Well lets say purchase prior to the reopening of the new store. Every single time i walk in to the store it is now like a constant staff meeting. No one even says hi, no one askes if you need assistance or even shows even a vast interest in anyone other than their fellow staff members. I have tested this by vertually picking up and observing every shoe thinking maybe that might indicate i wanted to spend some money in the store. But even then the staff didnt even notice or care. I counted 8 staff members and only one staff member assiting customers (who was at the chech out). Do you know that you are paying your staff to socialise.... At the previous footlocker store everyone was so helpful almost every staff member would greet a customer and try and assist. WHAT ON EARTH HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I need very little encouragement to drop $$$$ on new shoes. But this lack of customer service has discouraged me on 3 occasions now.

Went to foot locker, Chadstone 3 weeks ago to find a pair of air Jordans, turns out they didn't have any at the store but had them online. So they helped me order online so I could get the shoes I wanted. I asked how long it would take because I had my graduation in 3 weeks and wanted to wear them to the after party. They said it would only take a week because they confirmed it was coming from Melbourne city. We went to Melbourne city, foot locker a few days after just to see if we could pick them up earlier but they said they had already sent them off, ok, that's fine. Another few days after we checked the tracking order to find out it was coming from New South Wales yep that's right they lied. so here I am 2 days away from my graduation 3 weeks after I ordered them and now I'm going to have to buy a different pair at Foot locker, Northland and then return the original ones so I can get my money back DONT SHOP HERE!!!!1

If I could give 200 stars I would. The entire experience with Foot Locker in Chadstone was outstanding. It started with the assistance Tez gave myself and my picky teen in miraculously finding a pair of basketball shoes a few weeks ago. Honestly I couldn’t overemphasise how unlikely this result was (teenagers - sigh). And then, unfortunately, there was a small manufacturing fault in the shoes we got, but nothing was too much for the team at FL in ensuring that the shoes were returned and replaced. You guys looked for solutions for me and I can’t thank you enough for being so customer-centric. Alex, Kayla and the manager (I am so sorry, I didn’t catch your name), you are all amazing.

Utterly disappointed at the service offered. Female manager with coloured hair couldn’t be more uptight and single minded in all the wrong ways. Overall the store vibe is great when u enter but couldn’t be more off putting when an issue arises. The manger mentioned focuses on all the negative points instead of looking for a solution. Special mention to store worker Terrence who’s an overall excellent worker with the main goal of customer satisfaction which is the total opposite goal of ironically the store “manager”

I came in to exchange some shoes which had a quality issue. Emily helped me out and I cannot thank her enough. Not only was she extremely professional, polite and attentive, her customer service skills went above and beyond my expectations. Even though the shoes I wanted weren't in stock, Emily went above and beyond to make sure they'd be delivered to my home. I honestly can't thank her enough for her stellar service. Shocking! Phone purposely left off hook even before store has opened for the day. Not going to drive over 1 hour and risk not having my size in stock. Store management should be reviewed asap. Have made head office aware off my experience and considering higher escalation!! Will take my business elsewhere. And will be laughing when foot locker go bankrupt soon!!

Recently visited the Chadstone store which is a large store & could not believe how attentive (not annoying in any way) & truly lovely all the staff were. I was so impressed I made sure to seek out the manager to let him know. You can certainly tell a lot about a business by the staff they hire. Foot Locker clearly care about their customers - well done !

My Daughter came in this morning to purchase a new pair of Airforce 1s. Anna was an absolute star!!! So friendly, So helpful and just an absolute gem. I bought a pair of Curry 1 OG, then it said I placed the order. Few days later i was sent an email saying I was getting a refund and there was no stock. I looked online on foot lockers website and it said the same size shoe was almost sold out, ALMOST. HELP ANYONE THIS IS A SCAM. WATCH OUT IT STILL ALLOWS YOU TO ORDER!

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff who stand around making fun of customers, especially the fat bald guy who works in House of Hoops. Saw them make fun of an older lady trying to buy shoes for her son's birthday. Their range is limited and never have popular sizes, even at in store releases. Buy your shoes online.

Can confidently say I do not enjoy going to Chadstone, however on occasion do go to visit Foot Locker specifically for their extensive sneaker collection and drops. Everyone there is super easy to deal with, always apologetic if you have been waiting around- surprised that such great customer service still exists.
