AWFUL service. As soon as I arrived with my friends we were looked up and down and completely ignored, no welcome. I asked if I could try on a pair of shoes in two different sizes. The man looked at me and gave me the shoe to try on but didn’t go and get the other size. We were sat for about 20 mins waiting for the other size after asking again for him to just stand and look elsewhere. He hardly spoke, looked angry and when he did speak to us it was with a belittling tone. I said I wanted the shoes, I went to look in the mirror and he followed whilst I was away from my friends on the other side of the store. He asked me if I wanted she protector which I said no to. I went back to my friends and he offered again, my friends said ‘no you don’t need that save your money’ to which he replied ‘I guess your friends know more about shoes than me’ - with a very rude and aggressive tone. I went to purchase the shoes and he slammed the box on the desk, then didn’t speak to me. I walked out feeling really uncomfortable as I was nothing but polite to him even though he was repeatedly rude to me and my friends. Go to other shops where staff aren’t rude! I know retail is hard I have worked it myself, however part of your duty as a staff member is to be polite, especially back to people who are polite to you. I won’t ever be going back in there purely because of how rude this guy was

Purchased a pair of trainers online ordered on the 11/11/21 for a birthday present for the 20/11/21 delivery states delivered in 2-6 working days and payment taken when item is shipped, payment was taken yet the order hasn't been shipped I still haven't recieved my order, phoned contact number for footlocker to be greeted by a automated message saying phone lines closed please use online chatbot. I did this 10 times, I have 10 different conversations with 10 different people on there Chatbot who have confirmed my order is still in there store and hasn't been shipped and now the birthday has been and gone i no longer require the order as I placed a order with nike on the 18/11/21 and recieved them on the 19/11/21 which was amazing service from NIKE. Footlocker will not refund me but have taken my money and still have my order in there possession I will not buy from them ever again and would advise customers to stay well away from FOOTLOCKER!!!!

Travelled to Leeds today approximately 50miles away to return a pair of shoes my son 14yrs had worn for 26 days and the leather had started to fray away and some of the stitching started coming away these trainers are Nike Air Force ones which he has in black just for school and only school he doesnt do sport in them. Chiara the manager immediately dismissed saying they had been over used how in 20 days can you over use a shoe that my son wears for 8hrs @5 days a week but other than saying overuse she could not state anything else the sole of the shoe is still like new. I really will not be dealing with this company ever again and their staff needs re-training, if that's the Managers only reply I think Footlocker need to think again and put the staff on some training courses. An appalling shop Regards

Made an order online, shoes arrived but didn’t fit. Attempted to return them but due to the type of delivery I was unable to make the return in store. Spoke to a lovely lady, who was able to solve the situation and helped me find some shoes that did fit so I could make an exchange. We had a chat about different shoes (mainly the waffle ones) and she was very friendly and professional. Top service from the moment I walked into the shop, same lady saw the process through and made sure to say bye and wished me a good day as I was leaving.

It was a sunny and beautiful day. I went into this store with my friend to look for some pair of trainer and i gave my greeting to one of the employee at footlocker. He told me "why i am not wearing a bigger jacket today". As a customer this was unacceptable and stupid comment to ask a customer wanting to purchase a pair of trainers. I ignore the employee and walked away from him. Me and my friend went out of the store and didn't like this type of behaviour and comment with this employee.

The girl with black hair served us and she was super lovely and helpful which was a nice change after our encounter with a guy with a big beard who was extremely rude and just made us uncomfortable. I had 5 shoes i wanted to try on and he said to choose my favourite because he's not going to get them all. I imagine working at footlocker isn’t the dream but it’s not that hard, as exampled by the girl we went to be served to after.

Good guys, good shoes. Bought a couple pairs from the stores over the last few months and I can't fault these guys one bit. Got a bit unlucky with the call and collect on the thunder 4s but thats part of the game I guess. Never the less I will always return and hope to see the staff their when I do. Big shout out to brett for finding my pair of air maxes in the back when I though I was going home without. Spot on pal !!

I was served today at this branch of foot locker by a young lad. He has curly hair and looked Asian (just so you can identify him and make sure he’s recognised for his excellent customer service). I needed to return two items and there was loads of confusion with my payment details and my order. He went above and beyond to sort this for me and provided the best customer service.

People have a lot to say but never take the time to speak with the staff and actually be nice for once in their lives. Big shout out to all the staff Claire and brett manage the shop well. A lot of people leave awful reviews only fake accounts and its not just !. My personal experience along with others I know has always been good. Keep doing your thing guys !!

Good selection with good price. They have so many options from kids to teens to adults. A specious shop where you can spend some time exploring what you like. Fab staff. They are nice and friendly. They have many brands and models included with a good price or discount. It is somewhere I would always go when I am checking any shoes to buy!!

The price was ok, but they tried to sell me a bag for £1.50. this is for the second time they send me out without a bag. Update: Charged me 1.50 for a bag!!! But this time they didn’t tell me I need to pay for it!! Why do I buy a bag that has your advert on it...

Horrible experience in the store the manager Bret tells me after I have tried on a shoe that was in my size that he wants to give it to another customer backdooring at its finest the customer he then sold the shoe to wants to resell it to me outside

Customer service is good and even though I didn't know the staff they still managed to go the extra mile. Corey was quite helpful yesterday even though it was busy. All in all, it was a good experience and I will be back guys

Staff need re-training; zero customer service and even less manners and knowledge. Spoken to two people and none of them could answer a simple question about collection from store.

Do not ever order off there website FLX You will never receive them . Plus they stock fake Nike tuned at all stores. Making it my mission to blog on every website there is .
