Beware! You might be purchasing a used items at full price. I am reviewing the Rockland Center Foot locker. They are dishonest and thieves. My son forgot his jacket there yesterday around closing time and instead of holding it for potential lost and found, they sold it this morning. I was told this today when I went back to inquire about the jacket. A worker confessed selling the coat, though it did not have a tag. When we asked for a refund, the manager was called and she refused. The manager covered the story by telling us that the items in question that was sold without a tag was a 15$ sweater. HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN A SWEATER OR ANY OTHER CLOTHING THERE FOR 15$? NERVER! I purchased the jacket for my son last year. You can't even find the coat in stores anymore. I am very disappoint with the customer service and shocked to see how a multimillionaire business would lie to avoid paying back what they consider pocket change. They should have owed up to their mistake instead of stealing from a 15 year old boy. Make sure you inspect what you buy.

I went on 09th May 2023 around 2:15pm Worst footlocker I ever visited the girls who works there asked me which shoe I want told her the 3rd shoe from the top on the first row the white one with grey and the girl gives me an attitude can you show me instead of explaining?? Then why would you ask in first place? Went and show her the shoe told her I want size 9.5 goes and looks in the system and tell me is not available! I checked the inventory online is available and showed her on my phone and suddenly they found it! I tried them on nice fit but no one was there at cash or help further I walked out and do my business somewhere, where I will be more respected as client!

I went last winter at this location to buy Pink Timberland shoes and when I found the boots were worn and return, i asked for the new pair, the associate went inside and wrapped the same boots and gave it back to me, so that i think as if its the new pair which he/she brought back from the warehouse. I was so disappointed as if they think whoever come to buy there is a fool and won't know about the product by looking at it. I was so happy to find that colour plus in my size. Because of the behavior of that person. I left empty-handed Not going there again for any future purchase and they lost a loyal customer.

Terrible service May 10,2021. Around 20 mins or so before closing with quite a few people in the store. Only one guy at the cash as the other sales people disappeared into the stockroom until 10 min b4 closing, when only one of them emerged from the stockroom just to lock the door.I had tried to ask the guy at the cash a little earlier where the sales girls are, and he said there's a problem with the stock and they're checking it. Trying to buy shoes there was a big fail. Oh well, I guess they don't need my money. I'll just have to buy my Nike Air max shoes elsewhere.

If I could give this a 0 star, I honestly would. I came yesterday for a simple return and refund regarding a large order I had, the lady took more than an hour to process it. Afterwards, I noticed that the refund amount wasn’t correct, so I came back today. I entered the store 3:50pm, and just came out and it’s 5:50pm. I waited 2 full hours in front of the counter, so that a mistake that THEY did in my refund would be corrected. The staff wasn’t rude, but it was just ridiculous how much time they spent just to correctly process a return and refund.

29/6/2020 i was there today with my family it was 5:30 pm only 2 people in line and i got this very rude impolite person i just dont know his name telling me that he will not allow anyone in the store because the people inside will leave at 6 he is talking about the customers inside so i asked him how can you tell they will leave at 6 he didnt answer and then started to tell me if I would like i can go to downtown branch and this is the 2nd time he does the same thing, anyway very bad place not recommended for anyone.

Very very bad company. They took my order for kappa pant for man and nike T-shirt. Also charge the money from my credit card. After 1 week they just sent a T-shirt. Then after 2 days sent me an email that they have canceled my order coz they are out of stock. So why they took the order and payment? Very very disappointed. We have to go to abroad next week. They just ruined my plan. They shouldn't take the order if they were out of stock. I am just talking about the company. Not for the store.

This review is not specific to this FootLocker location, but to the company in general. I ordered a shoe online at a discounted price on Friday. On Saturday they put the prices back to full and on Wednesday got an email that my size is not available anymore and order is canceled.. (probably sold at full price after my order was placed). In my opinion it's better losing 25$ than a customer 4fever, but i'm not the place's Ethics manager! I AM DONE WIHT FL! byyeee

This place is a joke. There isn't a lot to choose from and when you do find a shoe that you like; they don't have the size you want. The staff is very impatient and I think that the manager should have a talk with Ikram and tell her that the store exists because of customers. The customers are the ones paying her salary so maybe have less attitude towards them and offer better service and try not to let people see how miserable you are in your life !

The staff and especially manager are horrible at customer service. I brought a brand new pair of shoes to be exchanged with my bill and they didn’t want nothing to do because it passed the 45 day policy….. however shoes were still on shelf and it was a straight exchange. Went to Fairview and the staff was amazing took care of it no questions asked with a smile and a thank you!!!!!!

Very bad experience. I purchased a pair of shoes yesterday May 19 and they happened to be too small for my sister. When I came back the very next day May 20. the manager told me that the shoes were "too dirty" to be replaced although she only tried them on and did not use them at all. He also told me that it is not his problem and I can see a different FootLocker.

i went to the store, everything is marked "on sale" so i go to buy a coat and they tell me that sale is over, you have to pay full price, i spoke to the manager and she told me she don't care if the advertising is misleading, it ain't her problem and she ain't honoring nothing and go take my business elsewhere, great!

I was looking to buy shoes for my daughter's birthday and while we found a pair, they didn't unpack the rest of the sizes and told me to call back the next few days. Called the day after and said to call again the next day. Tried again to only find out that it was sold out the day before. Unbelievable!!

It's 10h30 and they're not open yet this is ridiculous all other stores are open but this guy's there's 5 customers waiting and the guy doest open the doors very disappointed I guess we go shop somewhere else
