I am super pleased with the service i received from Yaya the supervisor and Nzali the sales consultant. They were very well informed about the specific shoe i was looking for. Yaya made a few suggestions that made my decision easy as i could compare the shoes and then to choose the most sufficient shoe for my needs. Both of them made me feel comfortable in the store and were very friendly. As i looked around the store they were offering their help to all the other customers and were very friendly to them too. I will definitely recommend the store to whomever needs a shoe and wants great service

I had a pair of shoes to return and Wayne was the go-to man. When I stepped inside I was greeted promptly and politely. I explained that I would like to return a pair of shoes and he offered to carry the box for me, and after checking the till, called other nearby branches to assist. Wayne was nothing short of professional and kind and he deserves a serious raise. The next time I need shoes, I will go out of my way for Wayne.

Fast to throw in your code for the sale but not eager to properly explain to me what is on the buy 2 and get 1 free sale. Meanwhile you give me half a service because you want to talk to everyone coming into the shop so that you can use your code to get commission. Please footgear teach your employees some customer service and care. Very disappointed.
