Won't be seeing us anytime soon after last weekend's experience. Wanted to purchase three pairs of shoes. In all cases, I had to go for the item used on display, as it was the only size that fitted. And in all three cases, they could not locate the other shoe! Why the shoes on display don't have the other shoe in the box right underneath them is beyond me. Utter disaster...couldn't purchase anything. Be thankful that your staff were so apologetic, else it would be a single star. Was not willing to spend more than half an hour waiting for them to locate the right box. What a sad bit of merchandise display.

Wanted to return some shoes that were too big. Had walked around in the shop while trying on and obviously the soles got slightly dirty. This was the only time wearing them. The shoes were brand new. Worn once and still the manager at foot gear somerset west didn't allow me to change the shoes. Saying they were second hand, mean while I had only worn them in the shop while trying on. Very rude manager who didn't listen at all while trying to explain the situation!

Oh my word the staff in this store are just incredible. Please don't ignore this shoe store, the service is excellent, you are always met with a smile and the offer of assistance. The range is exceptional and they often have specials and offers. Special mention to Lyndell who is just the most wonderful and helpful person.

I wish to commend the staff at footgear, they are always so cheerful and helpful. I particularly want to thank Busi who is competent, friendly and willing to go beyond the call of duty to satisfy her customer's needs. I do hope management are aware of the service this gem of a girl provides.

What an awful experience. First my change wasn't given. When asked about it, i was embarrassed and laughed at by the staff for wanting my 10c change. I did not make the price, YOU DID!! You are stealing from your customers.

Great staff and prices. My only complaint is that I always end up leaving with more than I had planned on. The staff could sell ice to polar bears. Friendly and really hardworking.
