Absolutely the worst service ever. We entered the store around 16h45 today and the staff was clearly not interested in assisting us. After almost 30 minutes of going through everything by ourselves, we managed to find suitable shoes in the sizes required. We enquired regarding the 50% sale advertised and decided to take 3 pairs of shoes to qualify for the sale. Just as we were heading to check out, we noticed another pair we were interested in and called the sales assistant to assist. After at first ignoring us, she sighed very loudly and reluctantly came to us. Upon us asking her why she sighed, she actually said that she was sitting on the floor busy with stock take, and she had to now get up to assist us! Needless to say, we left our purchases after spending almost an hour in the shop and left. No attempt was even made by her or the other staff member to apologise or to get us to complete the purchase. Absolutely shocking!

Incredible value and service...particularly on returning a 5.9 month old defective pair. Less then 10min and I was 3x better off on my way out. Thank you!

Pathetic service from one of your staff, she actually even forgot to remove the tags on the shoes. Please train your staff about customer service.

Friendly staff and they're always willing to help. The only disappointment is the driver forgetting to deliver the shoe we ordered on time.

Not a lot of variety also couldn't get the shoes on their flyer in the shop and the couldn't get those shoes in my size anywhere else

Shopping during Covid is hard. Staff were friendly, but kept a distance. We found a pair of shoes that we liked.

Not bad not great. They don't have large size does as I wear a 10 or 11 they just stick one or two pairs.
