AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! my dog has had a reoccurring ear infection which I continued to pay $100's to the owner. She never explains what it is, why it is happening and today I was to take my dog back for a check up costing another $90 I phoned and said I was unable to pay this today and Dr.Michelle used guilt and said "Well it's not gonna get any better if he doesn't come in!" I had just lost my job and again explained I couldn't afford it today and she hung up on me! I phoned back and spoke to the nice lady Emma and said it was out of line for Margret to have hung up on me but I thanked Emma for her understanding. The owner phoned me back quite a few times and when I answered she said she didn't appreciate how I spoke to her staff. I said Emma was lovely and I was explaining to Emma how unprofessional and NASTY she was being. She phoned me back again a few times leaving a voicemail which I have saved to share, saying "PLEASE PHONE THE RSPCA AND EXPLAIN YASELF!" I phoned her back and said she didn't have a right to do that and she was blowing into the phone like a child sticking their tongue out spitting. I've given her thousands of dollars since my dog was a pup to date and she couldn't care less about the animals, zero compassion grounds and a very questionable licence. Zero compassion and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs she is truly awful! UPDATE I phoned the clinic and asked for my dogs medical records of all his visitations and thousands of dollars spent at the clinic and she said NUP WE DONT DO THAT... I said I need them for the vetinary registration board and she said NUP... DONT THAT ...I then said so you've kept all the treatment money and my dog has no medical files there? And she hung up

Excellent veterinary care from Michelle and her nursing staff "apprentices". Swish cat required some dental care. I have maintained our veterinary doctor client relationship for 10 to 20 years now, and Michelle provided "last rights" to Moki my cat of 16 who was blind, arthritic and had fallen and severed his spinal cord. I would find it undesirable to drag myself around with a colostomy bag and catheter, even though there was no pain with no nerve signals, and I knew why for the catheter. Home visit after his last afternoon with me and Moki drifted off slowly and peacefully in my arms. It has never been easy to lose any one of my 10 feline mates, but Michelle helped make loss of Moki a little less painfull for both cat and human.

The Vet, Dr Michelle did an amazing job... my dog needed a tooth extracted and teeth cleaning...he suffers with extreme Vet-phobia and bad anxiety... so his arrival was a big ruckus... he pooped on the floor and scales and was yelling the house down and Dr Michelle was so kind and understanding about the whole thing ... I really have no idea how she even managed to get him sedated ‍♀️... post op his pain was managed perfectly and with in two days he was back to his old self only much happier and without the corpse breath!!

We went to Foothills vet with both our cats, and we are very happy with how they take care of our pets. Very competent and kind, I always felt they are in good hands. Some people comment on Michelle's attitude towards humans, well I am happy to say that she's always been friendly towards us. As a sidenote I choose my vet based on how they take care of my pets, not their personality ;)

Our little puppy has had her stitches removed a short while ago, her speying was very successful and the recovering went very well. We felt very lucky that we've come to the right place. Michelle and everyone of her team are just wonderful, very friendly, very caring and their pricing is very reasonable, couldn't be more happier, thank you so much!

I have attended this vet on a number of occasions And found the receptionist/vet nurse too be very rude and obnoxious! The vet Michelle well where do i start there, Besides being a crook and a rip of has no people skills what so ever and should stick too talking too animals!!!

Michelle and the reception staff are super helpful and kind - great advice and not pushy with products or services. The last few visits (kitten being desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and boosters) have been painless (for me) and as easy as possible for the furry one.

Great little vet especially if you live in the area. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They all make you feel rest assured everything will be fine and your pets are safe. The vet is always willing to answer questions and is very helpful.
