This review is purely for one of their staff, Monica. The store is usually organized, except the sale section can be quite a stressful disarray. Just don’t look at it. I was at this location last night though and called in beforehand for an item check. This employee, Monica, picked up and was the most patient, sweet Forever 21 employee I’ve ever gotten to speak to. And I’ve spoken to many in the last 12 years. I was lucky to talk to her in store too and her and the employees were determined to help me find this item even though the store was closing soon. Monica called other stores for an item check AND called me to update me after closing hour. She even made sure they found it and put it on the hold racks for me for the next day (today, Great Mall, which they didn’t since they put it back and it got sold, boooo). Monica goes above and beyond when several Forever 21 employees are like the walking dead. She really cares and she’s gonna be successful in whatever she does. A+++ customer service and Monica, if you see this, YOU ARE A GEM.

I love forever 21, I always buy my clothes here. It takes a while for some of the clothes to restock and it's kinda messy. One time when I came here with my friends I wanted to wait outside of the changing room while I wait for them to change so that I can tell them how they look, it's a girl thing. However I realized I couldn't do that and the forever 21 manager was pretty rude saying "um excuse me you can't wait out here can you wait outside" in a pretty nasty tone.

Forever 21 is one the cheapest store I have seen so far. They have a lot of discounts available on new items. I always find some new discount. Its in the middle of mall. Great place to shop and great discounts on every item. Its worth to have shopping with Forever 21 store.

lovely staff and the items there were great, i went there to get their tracksuits from the juicy couture and f21 collab. overpriced, but it was good. the staff and check out people were very kind and patient (:

Honestly it's rare for me to find clothes here. Either its ripped , see through or most shirts are half cut or clothes runs small . Yes Cute things but mainly for skinny twiggys. I'm not fat I'm just average.

I won’t go back in. The place was a mess and nobody wanted to help me. Not even a “welcome in.” When I walked through the door. Seemed like they were too busy gossiping amongst themselves.

I just made a phone call to see if there was an item in stock. The one who picked up the phone gave me the name, Zoe. She was rude. She needs to learn how to perform customer service

I’ve heard similar negative reviews about one specific employee her name is Chantal every Sunday I come here she is rude and condescending and the store is messy Felipe is the worst

A girl Jasmine helped me she was very helpful!!! There was a few more girls standing around not doing a single thing didn’t like the attitude the girl gave me at check out

Felipe is so unpleasant THE WORST EVER MANAGER HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I see girls standing around just talking not doing anything this store is the worst.

What I like about this location is the size if the store.what I dislike is that it looks like a rummage sale inside.I felt as if I was at a swap meat

Overall acceptable customer service the store was a bit messy and sadly, one of the employees Chantal was being very disrespectful

They have a very good variety of clothing and accesories. Their prices are good and they have clean and organized

This is a decent version of this store but not the best. It's a little small and very messy.

The lines to even use the dressing room for a few clothes items to try are just too long.

Found it reasonably big though much smaller than other stores around like Jcp and Sears
