Terrible communication- 4 years rental and after numerous 6 monthly periodic inspections, nothing was ever mentioned about our upkeep of the house. Once we advised our intention to end the lease, they asked for the keys back before final inspection can proceed ?!?! We had professional cleaners come in and advised they will return if the final inspection wasn’t to their expectations, but we couldn’t as we handed the keys in and moved away from the area?!??? So, one cobweb (bushy area, go figure!!) one hot plate? And part of a dirty wall cost us $125!! - oh! And 2 lost keys? One was accidentally left in the toilet window, the other in the back door so they could have access to the backyard for open houses First time we have ever had to pay for an end of lease inspection - really not happy and would not recommend this RE
