As usual i love Fosch i could spend hours looking around at all the items. I do, however, find that staff vary in different areas. Some are far more 'people friendly' than others. I have shopped here for years and im happy to say my daughter has followed in my footsteps. Its often a Mum and Daught outing to Fosch.

Service is bad. Been waiting to be helped for over 45 min. Other people get helped before we do that was not even in line. And last but not least girl that is suppose to help with our problem is on the phone the whole time since we walked into the shop. I would suggest going to another branch.

I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but the young lady who assisted me today with the return of a Bash order, that was messed up so badly!!, went above and beyond. She was friendly and efficient and saved me a lot of effort and frustration. Thank you!

The staff where very helpful. Donna has been incorporated into Foshini now so you need to find your size again. But that is ok, cause once you find your size you can shop off the shelf. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large variety

There was 2 ladies on duty at the make up session. The one lady assisted a customer and the other one ignore me whilst I was standing there busy on her video call. I stood there and left after a while. Not my best Foschini store

Sales rep friendly and approachable but lacked product knowledge. Had problem purchasing online with gift card and another sales rep took the time and patiently assisted me. The store seems great; the online system not so much

Was there monday the the 19th of August. The coloured manager in clothing section is incredibly rude(, I'm assuming she's the manager cause she was the only one with authorisation)

What wonderful staff. One of the ladies helped me select some work clothes. I had to return it the next day as Foshini changed their sizes and all my clothes was to big.

I got the best service at Foschini, it was a young lady, that helped me, but wow, she knew, what she was doing. I'll definitely recommend my friends and family there

They didn't have a tape measure and made no effort to assist, either. I managed to get one from the mall's customer desk. A clothing store with no tape measure!

I had a great experience there, actually I saved a lot of money in this store as you shop around they show you their bargains were you can save.

Was pleasant to shop, however the clothes are very expensive. Nice atmosphere in the mall and easy to park.
