Worst service ever from Mr Abraham s think the manager s surname is. I bought a new phone at this particular branch few months ago... Sales lady was very kind and showed us through all phones etc. I was shopping in mall and wanted to book Uber home when I saw my phone had died and as I was shopping at store I asked the saleslady a young African girl if she could kindly just allow me to charge phone for 5min to book Uber. Told me would ask manager. He stood across the area where he was packing something and kept me waiting about 15 min. Then came to tell me .. NO SORRY WE CANT HELP U. Even though I said but I just bought this phone here recently.it keeps loosing battery power withing 4hrs of been fully charged and it's insured.. He just wasn't interested. Was absolutely RUDE

Absolutely worst call center ever. Just trying to change my email address on their system via the call centre as going in during the virus time is not an option. But no, have to go into the store and bring bank statements, for what? I have had an account for over 10 years, why do u need bank statements if I have never been late on payments?? Would think better care would be taken with customers and accommodate them in these times!! They have just lost me as a customer!!

I bought a laptop, the laptop was not charging returned on 6 DECEMBER ALREADY. Followed up now ALREADY 3 times spoke to the MANAGER by the name of Nic she called me twice and that was more than a month ago and still NOTHING I'm paying for something I am not in possession of if I phone the shop they say they will call be back THEY NEVER DO!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER

Still waiting on a refund(due to system shutdown after loadshedding) from this store. Store has all my contact details and banking details but no refund or progress report has been sent to me. Teller was stunning, manager was incredibly rude leaving his staff to fend for themselves. Store does not answer there phones either.

Big appreciation for Lesley from the Elizabeth Arden counter. I went there to buy a different brand but couldn't find someone to help me at that counter. Lesley approached me and not only did I end up buying Elizabeth Arden from her, but I spent more than I initially wanted to. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service!!

Yesterday I bought some Mac cosmetics makeup from the store. Sales ladies were excellent and really helpful. But I think I forgot my diary in the store and have been trying to call your landline posted on the website all morning to confirm but no answer. Please kindly get back to me. Diary was red.

Just two cashiers at point of sale, waited very long to be assisted!Way too many customers, esp during current covid climate. Eventually went to check out in Beauty Dept, they were very helpful and accommodating.

The temperature inside the store today was uncomfortably high. Apart from the waste of electricity, I could not wait to get outside again. A shame as the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Trying to locate a missing parcel from an online purchase. The store just never answers their official cellphone number. Left a message and still no response. Very poor service indeed.
