If you genuinely care for the well-being of your children, do not enroll them to this school. Students are locked out of the bathrooms during class time, sent away to get a key that's kept in an office so far away that it could add on an extra 10 minutes to what should be a quick restroom break. During recess and lunch, only 4-5 students are allowed in the bathroom at once, creating long lines of people waiting to just use the toilet. The new principal's obsession with punctuality is infuriating. If a student is even a minute late, they're subjected to a lengthy sign-in process that can extend their lateness by 15 - 20 minutes, as well as giving them a detention at lunch or after school. It's clear that the school's priorities are misplaced when they prioritize punishments over the well-being and education of their students. The chronic understaffing issue is another significant issue. Combined classes become a regular occurrence, leaving teachers stretched thin and compromising the quality of education. While most of the teachers at the school genuinely try their best to accommodate students, it's evident that both students and teachers are being failed in terms of resources and support. Most disheartening of all is the principal's apparent disregard for the students. It's painfully clear that her focus is on improving statistics, rather than genuinely caring about the students' well-being and education. Do better. This is a school, not a vanity project.

Have never been there, and do not appreciate getting these notifications/ requests at midnight or early hours of the morning. Not happy. xxxx 11/05/23 still receiving these requests for information re the college, have never visited the place, do drive past the vicinity on a regular basis. Even though I have reported that I have not visited and received the "oops will delete from your history " I still continue to receive these requests as an almost daily occurrence. Please Stop. 13/05/2023 - after my post on 11/05 (above) this morning 13/05 received the same request for information re Fountain Gate Secondary College at 3.14am and again at 4.15am enough is enough. Is anyone else copping this abuse, invasion of privacy??? Rediculous.

new late system makes us later than the time we actually arrive to school and teachers blame us students for being 20 minutes late and give us a detention or an afterschool reflect when its on them, we could've been in class within 5 minutes without this strict checkout through the main gate and not waste our time standing outside. Lines are always packed due to us being one minute late coming into school at 8:44. The main reason that I have heard of this irrelevant late system change is because a few students skip class, 10 or less out off the 60 or more students that come to school to learn, this change affects everybody's learning. have a better plan out

125g unsalted butter, chopped 125g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate, chopped 3 eggs, lightly whisked 335g (1 1/2 cups) white sugar 115g (3/4 cup) plain flour 30g (1/4 cup) Dutch cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Place butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). Stir with a metal spoon until melted. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in egg , sugar , flour , cocoa powder , vanilla and salt until just combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Set aside to cool completely.

This new principal completely ruined the school since she came to the school she's locked up all the toilets and made all the students go through different gates no matter where your class is or where your locker is. This school is severely under staffed some teachers are good but some are horrid. There is heaps of gang land stuff like people bringing katanas to school and don't even get me started on the whole vaping situation at this school. The education really isn't the best we've been learning the same stuff since year 7. This school is a complete joke and would not recommended sending your kids here.

The school can barely be faulted, especially in their programs available such as the High Acheivers program, leadership oppurtunities and the Rugby teams. Extensive facilities are also available for the use of students and over only a few years, the school has swiftly become a an amazing place to be and know. One of just few improvements the school should focus on is making the older buildings look a bit nicer. The school should definitely be considered by all parents. It would be better if more of the general students posted good reviews.

my son brody goes to this school, he really loves the teachers and how theyre so nice and considerate about their students, i also study VCE and this school helped me cover up my depression. also i have one teacher my son didnt like, Mrs. De Luca. she was very rude, please get her fired but other than that I LOVE THIS SCHOOL!!

The teachers are actually so strict with uniform like it's their number 1 priority which most of the parents are so sick of. It's a shame they worry about their physical appearance more than what they're achieving in school. A real disappointment. I do not recommend parents to enrol their children into this school at all.

It’s a okay school the only thing keeping me there is the rugby. They have good teachers (thank the lord) but they do not handle online learning well they give us way to much work more than we would get at school.

I think they have to update on there building and make it look nicer, Its a bit old now, but if they had better artitechture, I would 100% recommend going to this school
