Frankie's Pizza.. It's very funny when you browse this store's website and when you ask for what you want from it, you find something else entirely! .. This is what happened to me when I received a pizza that was supposed to be potatoes, but it contained only very small pieces that you can hardly see, while on the website of this store, the potato pieces are very large, astonishing you and encouraging you to order them!! The pizza I received was very small, no potato pieces, not at all on the pizza, with lots of ham and onions! This pizza cost me $22! .. My advice to everyone is not to deal with this store, and you have my thanks and appreciation

Frankie's Pizza, what can l say....Superb pizza.!!! I've lived in Ascot Vale 25yrs and Frankie's is the best Pizza you can get!!! Johnny has been 27yrs making them. The freshest and best ingredients only. Try the seafood combination. You know once you taste it how fresh it is. Or have a satay chicken or one with the lot?!! A large pizza zza $15....So 2 large will feed a family of 3 !!!! If you've got teens then you can upsize 2 times bigger...So guaranteed no one goes hungry. !! Bon appetites....L8ER.. .catman

Moved to the area and needed to find the best pizza place for the area. Yknow, for those pizza nights and nights where you're far too wasted to cook. Well, after many a night of trial and error, we found the perfect place. And that is here. The cheese that is so stringy and delicious. The thin base, oh the thin base, how perfect you are. I loath the day that I move away from Ascot Vale and away from Frankie's. Cheap, delicious, and enlightening.

Pizza is ok, but add at least 30-60 minutes to their estimated delivery time. Gave these guys another try. Made an order online in advance to be delivered at 7pm. Rang at 7.20pm and was told it wouldn’t be leaving the store for at least another 20 minutes. I understand that things happen, but maybe call to let people know that their order will be an hour late, or maybe even offer an apology..?

Phone ordered pasta and a pizza which was hot straight out of the oven shortly after arrival. Quick transaction by friendly staff member. The food was hot and tasted great. Plenty of topping, thin crust and cooked well, made for an enjoyable meal.

Not a local. I was just in the area looking for a feed. Pizzas are not bland. Prices as conmon as most pizza places (11bucks for a medium). Pizza is a little oily but not excessive. They just need to move to a lower moisture mozzarella. Staff were friendly and food came quick (it is early though). I would be happy if this was a local place for me.

Poor dry tasteless pizza. Service is not friendly and all staff at first were standing by the front counter then disappeared out the back after we had ordered. Female staff on their mobile phone and even playing with their hair. Thought to give them a second chance after the first was a fail. Don't go unless you want to be disappointed.

Their service is getting worse with every order. It's said in message that delivery in 40 min. In 70 min I called to pizzeria and received information that my order will be in 5- 10 min, but actually they delivered a bit less than 2 hours.

Poor service. Average food. Over priced. By the time the delivery driver returned with the complete meal it had been over 1.5 hours since I ordered. Only to find the delivery driver had left a voicemail saying "f****** retard" Would not reccomend this place. There are better quality and far cheaper in the area !

I tasted there in Melbourne the most exquisite "Aussie pizza" with ham and egg really Delicious food ! Italians may feel envy from it. La pude gustar en Melbourne la Pizza Aussie con jamon y huevo, exquisita de verdad un plato delicioso. Los italianos pueden sentir envidia de ésta.

Moved back into the area. We ordered the mix deal; the carbonara is great and the "The Lot" pizza was amazing 10 years ago, and still amazing now. Well done Johnny and the team, keep up the good work.

One of the better pizza places ive been to, and ive eaten alot of pizzas. Faster than most aswell, from ordering to ready in under 15 minutes, even during busy periods. Fresh ingredients and more than reasonable prices for what you take home. Definitely a value for money eatery.

Our local pizza place - always fresh, always hot and always delivered promptly. The ingredients are great, prices reasonable and the staff are super-friendly. We once had the wrong pizza delivered and they delivered a new, correct one within 15 mins.

Pathetic service, placed an order through menu log at 1900 to be delivered at 2015 and no one even bothered to call and tell me they had an issue with the order. Only found out after I called and then the response was if I wanted to cancel my order

We ordered a delivery 4 blocks from the shop at 5.30. Followed up the order 2 times and told both times half an hour away. Delivery showed up 8.00! 2.5 Hours for an early Friday night pizza! RIDICULOUS! Do not order from this place!

Usually have good runs with this pizza, generally generous toppings but we have had the odd pizza that just seemed really bland. Decent price point for them as well. The pizzas are not too salty or oily like some.

Frankie's pizzas are awesome! Fresh ingredients, speedy delivery, and the garlic bread is the best I've tried in Melbourne. Consistently great quality. 5 stars as I can't fault it.

Had almost a 2 hour wait by the third call to see where our order was the person I spoke to told me they had to go didn't even bother with the fact that we had to wait so long
