I recently went into a different location to get my insurance card and was told that I did not have an active insurance policy with Freeway. I was very upset because I am set up for autopay on my policy , I decided to come into this location to make sure that what I was told was not true! I was assisted by Perla Garcia ,she was very helpful in regards of my situation and understanding. My policy was active and she was able to find it right away. I 100% recommend her service in All your insurance needs! She also made sure I didn’t leave without asking any additional questions about my policy.

I don’t normally leave reviews I just check them lol but I’ve been trying to get help getting a insurance policy and everywhere I went, everyone just wasn’t meeting my expectations nor answering my questions. But I came here just by accident. Was helped by a young lady named Mirka. She proved very patient with me, answered my questions and gave me an overall good deal. I just hope in the future that I don’t get charged more or something like other insurances do. We will see. Good job, Freeway.

Paola Cavazos was by far the best agent that I dealt with, other agents would not even provided their name since the initial call, and that lead me to waste 3 hour of my time being on hold and when the call would get disconnected, there was no one to refer back to. However Paola make sure to provide me her name and make sure anything else I need it was taken care of. If you call freeway insurance ask for her, she is very helpful and has a pleasant voice and attitude.

When I started my policy with Perla Garcia she was very professional and attentive to my insurance needs. She took her time to explain to me in detail about the different coverages available for my vehicles. I recently went into the office for my renewal and she requoted my policy to see if she can find me something more affordable. She is very polite I would definitely recommend her as your insurance agent ! :)
