Exceptional Customer service and wonderful shop owner … I placed an grocery delivery order first time and I accidentally did the payment twice ..but for some reason it didn’t show on my screen and could have forgotten to check later but big thanks to shop owners who contacted me and advised that I did the payment twice and transferred me straight back. .. which was amazing … they delivered my order same day within couple of hours and all the fresh produce items were really good quality and all other food items…. Big thanks again i would like to request everyone to shop at this store as the shop owners provide wonderful service and treat their customer as family and deliver great customer service .

Actually I want to give 0 but here is not, this shop was doing quite well before. Now they hired a girl and another boy, they don’t know how to do customer services. They do not care about customer coming or going, they just talk to their self in the corner. I was looking for them for the product info, did not talk properly, seems like they do not care anyone. And just continued with their talking. While scanning the products, just through the things without respect. They really need good lessons on how to do customer services. Just because of them, I do not feel comfortable to go there again.

You can get it all here at one stop shop. The shop is just next to the Riverstone station. You can find all dals, Indian spices, agarbatti, Punjabi biscuits. Not only this they have utensils, plant for sale. I loved that it's just next to the station. The shop also offers free home delivery of needed. It even has fresh chicken briyani as a take away. Shop people are really nice and help you find anything. The shop also has bindi for ladies. They are upgrading the shop with more new stuff. You can provide suggestions of you like to them. I was so happy to see patanji products been sold here.

Decent Indian grocery store in Riverstone. You will get almost every Indian product like Indian snacks, indian grocery, utensils, toiletries, vegetables, etc. At the checkout counter they have hot masala tea. Ample parking space and it’s walking distance from Riverstone train station. They don’t have the price label placed anywhere near the item. Almost all the item were not labelled. Shelves were well organised and neat.

Super nice Pakistani owners. Very friendly and helpful. The place is pretty huge and it's has potential to expand and fill up even more. Right now it has all the necessities. They do fresh Street food counters over weekends right inside the shop. I have tried it only once and it was a miss. Will keep going there to see if it gets better.

I went there to buy halwa puri on Sunday (available on Saturday also). I found the staff very helpful and halwa Puri very tasty The halwa and curry was very tasty. Puri was not that oily and everything was freshly made. Thank you for offering halwa Puri on weekends. Highly appreciated

Given them this one star because the customer service was ok. But apart from that, the main thing which are the products and prices were too expensive and moreover not a wide range of products too. The prices were almost double than an average Indian grocery store.

Below average customer service. Expired products still on shelves. When brought to attention at the counter, the person wasn’t even bothered. ‘Indian Grocery’ is misleading. 100 points for the location and convenience but totally wasted.

I am a regular customer for more than 3 years and I have seen phenomenal improvement during this time. They are offering large range of items at very competitive price. My best wishes and prayers for Mr and Mrs Altaf.

Very friendly owners and they have a good range of products (especially chicken which you don't find in most Indian grocery stores). They have some unique products sometimes and always serving with a smile. Thank you!

they really need to upgrade their product range and make their prices more competitive. staff is courteous. loved the cardamom tea and samosa. A perfect treat whenever you visit this store. Best tea in sydney!

Very convenient for home delivery or click and collect. The owner and his son both are very courteous and helpful. Happy to support and recommend this local business in these tough times.

Not a lot of brands in stock, however most items are available in one or other brands. Price on a higher side as compared to other super markets but location is great

It is one of the best shops in town. You can find everything local here. If it is not available the owner makes sure he or she can order it for you.

This place is awesome. It has products that you can't find in other Indian shops. The prices are good and the service is pretty good too.

Its the only south asian grocery shop if you are living in Riverstone or bearby. Quite decent shop. Does have daily kitchen needs items

Ample street parking near the store and on the opposite road. Small handfull of fresh fruit/mainly vegetables available as well.
