Very bad attitude of library owner. I was enrolled in their library at Ber Sarai. Due to some reasons library got closed in march .I had submitted my fees before it got closed. After that I called them many times to refund my fees and security charge. After many calls I made , they picked my call and promised to refund me within one week but they didn't refund after that and they stopped picking my call. I have been calling them for three months but they are completely negligence towards my call and messages. This kind of attitude is very bad by such a big chain of library. Students who show faith in their library are being treated like this. I hope they respond me after this review. I have waited for three months and finally I am writing this bad review.

I studied there for eight months, from start to the end. No doubt, there were problems of Washroom and sometimes, stuffs were stolen from the library. But overall, my experience was fantastic. The major point being: the study environment is pretty good and you will always be motivated to study as you will find a really nice peer group if you are working hard from there. I myself scored a top 100 rank and one other guy also got a top 100 rank in the same year. Miss Friends Library days a lot.

The worst library..they will no 1 in taking fees.they will message you when your month complete .they demand fine and remove your biometric after two days .. WiFi networks is very poor..they force students for better review and they will reduce your 50 rupees for better review..staffs are very rude...they will threat you to leave library..they will remove your books from seats and when you will complain then they will force you to leave library...worst library

I'll recommend this library to my friends who wanna be studied for any kind of preparations. Even I have already recommended. The faculties are very gentle in behaviour. But you can suffer from safocation in summers as well as in winters because it is in the basement. If it will on the ground floor that will be best. The sitting orchestral is good. Management is good. But sometimes wifi creates problems when we study online.

if there was a zero star they deserve that ..very adamant staff..ridiculous behavior of staff..and guess what in summers u carry your own fan from home as it is in basement a lot of suffocation in winters as well as in summers ..it just there are so many students in bersarai.. and there are not short of admssion ..overall worst library go try other options in bersarai or near by..

the worst management... if there will be any issue they will not solve it at once..if u complain with the staff they will say talk to sir on phone & here sir will not even try to understand your problem they will teach u about rule and regulation....if there will be zero star rating i ll go for it.

I am a member of friends lib Bersarai since July. Really, this is a very peace place to study.positive energy of room motivates to study hard and pushes you towards your Goal. I will rate 5 star to Mr BABALU (MANAGER), a kind hearted bro,to create such environment. Thanks.

Hi guys....management of this library is comparatively better than other library.. Sorry for my intial take on about this library. Only problem we face here is security refund. Which takes time . Otherwise library is good.

Guys.. Management of library is nice. Even the AC OPERATION IS SATISFACTORY. But there is always room for improvement. Only problem with security refund otherwise they have nice management. That's y i rated 4 star.

It's one the best libraries in Katwaria Sarai area. It has a leisure room, where students can lie back for a while and regain strength and concentration back. Altogether it's nice environment for studies.

Do not take room in H. No. 59. There is problem of water + cockroach + rats + hygiene (washroom not cleaned properly and on time). Landlord misbehaves sometimes.
