Sort of Affordable but lacks services. Garbage piles up at dumpsters. Swimming pool wasn't open this Summer. New owner closed laundry mat. Office only open couple of hours a day. No full time staff. No security in a high crime

Looks like the park is under new management, finally see repairs being made to the pool and some other things being added.
