Started out great, parked in the garage went down the elevator only to be right there in the entrance of bowling alley. Front desk hostess “Tay” was very informative as well as helpful when explaining how much it cost for bowling. It’s hourly (which is new to me) and pretty expensive 75/hour. She did offer only bowling for half hour for half the price. Not sure if it was because we were late coming in or if that was just her being polite but whatever it was we decided to bowl. The kitchen was going to be closing soon so we had to order some food as soon as we got to our lane. Oh I almost forgot Tay was very sweet and gave me a pair of socks since I had slip on’s with no socks. Free of charge. Surprising but nevertheless very nice of her. The waitress we had was the turning point. She couldn’t of been anymore snotty and unfriendly. I had to ask for every single thing. I ordered wings and wanted 2 flavors. She was very rude when telling me oh you only get one flavor unless you want then dry and you can dip them. Tossing them you get one. So I asked her if she would ask the kitchen to please toss my wings in 2 flavors. She was out out by everything I said. She just wanted the tab. I didn’t get to eat my wings because I couldn’t get anymore drinks to wash them down because she was in such a hurry to get the tab and get us out of there. It could have been a great experience, but unfortunately one bad waitress can really put a damper on things. Once we left all I could think of was how nice Tay was and how rude the waitress was. For the amount of money they charge to bowl, it seems like they would have a staff that was friendly and fun. The three stars are for front desk Tay. The other two are thumbs down for the value and staff.

Hosting our wedding rehearsal/welcome party at Fulton Alley was wonderful. And exceeded all of our expectations. The atmosphere and space provided was perfect for an informal social gathering. Our guests were able to walk around and mingle, enjoy the food, grab drinks and even get in a game of bowling! We were set-up near the main bar and had our own private section with 2 bowling lanes. We had bartenders and wait staff that were specific to our group. We hosted a buffet that was replenished regularly throughout the event with fresh, hot food. My mother-in-law was extremely grateful for all of the help that FA staff gave her leading up to the event. We received many compliments following the event and plan to recommend others use the space for special gatherings.

First I want to say the servers were absolutely wonderful. This review is based on faulty equipment, food and pricing. Our group ordered wings, flat bread, deviled eggs and sliders. Everything was terrible except for the wings. We booked bowling for 1.5 hours, we played for a few minutes and found that the ball return was not working. It took them 20 minutes to move us after us waiting around and after we asked we asked. Our lost time was not transfered. While playing in the new lane, the system was miscalculating and missing turns. Again, service was great.

Honestly first time there. Service was not good. Bar wasn’t even packed but the no one even acknowledged us for a while. Then we finally ordered and they brought everyone’s food out except one. Then proceeded to say oh no one spoke to you about your food. We said no he said oh we don’t have any chicken. After asking for a refund they then said oh we do have chicken then took 20 to 25 minutes for those to come out and they were cold. Went Sat around 1030pm. Will never go back for any reason.

Nice place! Enjoyed networking and hanging out here. On the corner easy to uber to and bounce from here to other places. Bathrooms were very clean. Decor was very posh and fashionable. Bartenders were pretty quick and efficient. The only thing that wasn't great was the drinks. Given, we were there for an event anf there were drink specials but we got the drink called the red-headed something... It tasted like pink lemonade grapefruit juice... Not good.

The atmosphere is cool, it looks really nice but the staff HORRIBLE! Had a group of 6 paid in advanced, they brought us cold food. On top of that brought us all the wrongs food took almost an hour to return with the correct order. This place is too high to have horrible service as customer I did not feel appreciated spending an evening with my family and friends at this establishment. The regular bowling alley will def do better service better people.

  • Danielle Walls

We were absolutely blown away by how great this bowling alley is! It is very fairly priced for such a beautiful place and the incredible service. Everyone we spoke to was wonderful, and the food and drinks were awesome! We could have stayed all day and enjoyed every minute. The food (vegetarian) was better than what I got the night before at Fogo de Chao, and we had a much more pleasant experience. We will be back on our next visit to New Orleans.

We had our son's rehearsal dinner and a post toast party here a couple of weeks ago. Everyone I had the opportunity to work was most helpful, accommodating and attentive. Each person went out of their way and worked very hard to make this special event as wonderful as possible. Thank you Victoria! And James...and everyone ....for a perfectly wonderful evening. Each of our guests raved about how much fun the evening was! A night to remember.

Fulton Alley was great for our company event! We wanted to do something different for our company cocktail party and this place could not have been more perfect. The staff was more than accommodating and promptly helped me with any of my questions/requests. The atmosphere was awesome, the food was delicious and the games were entertaining. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event.

  • Kevin Forest

Great family atmosphere. Incredibly nice and honest staff. My family paid for an hour of bowling. Early in our game, we ordered food. There was a mishap and our food didnt arrive until the end of our hour. The staff were apologetic and made it right by comping our meal and giving us another hour of bowling. Truly a great place and will definitely take the family here again.

  • marty jannety

We had Darrel as a waiter and we can not say nothing but good things. We came for our friends bday and he went above and beyond to make sure it was a special time. He came out with a bday cake to show how special it was. On top of that, all of our food and drinks were on time and delicious. I can give this place 10 stars but if I could I would!! Highly recommend!!

  • Alex White

I like the idea of this place, super cute updated bowling alley with a decent bar and small bites. however we ordered a round of drinks for the table and the CO2 machine was broken and they couldn't have been less concerned with a table full of flat disgusting drinks. The food was edible, but tiny portions and very expensive for the size and quality.

  • Tony Cole

I was just using this place as a reference point so I could find my way back to my vehicle. They have big glass windows in front and you can see inside. Never would have guessed there would be a bowling alley pat Obrien is a couple of blocks away. Always loved the charm of old towns. And new Orleans has a lot of positive energy. The draws me to it.

  • Louis and Elaine

The Fulton Alley is not only beautiful it has multiple bars, seating area and twelve great bowling lanes. This is a great place to enjoy a game of bowling or to hang out with friends with a few cocktails. The staff is very friendly and the bar staff are very good and fun. Overall it was a really good experience and one we really enjoyed.

  • NOLA-Q siebold

Inexperienced bartenders, our company booked a Christmas party between 7:15 and 10:15. Everything went well till they took us to the lanes and other customers were eating off our Buffet. Then they told us at 10:00 our bar was closed 15 minutes early. Great time other than the new bartender that had to look up the recipes for drinks.

  • Rene' Simon

They have a good selection of activities. Some are free and available as first come first serve, darts, ring hook, chess, Jenna, etc. Others are paid, bowling. I'd recommend reservations for bowling and it can be done on their website. We went during the pandemic and the service was good considering the circumstances.

  • Lauren Wagner

Great hip spot! Plus bowling-yay! Bartenders were great and the bar is stocked with quality booze, especially tequilas!! Had a work Xmas party there and the buffet of food was excellent- sliced prime rib sandwiches, grilled shrimp kabobs, and many other tasty treats. Great location on Fulton st and lots of fun!

  • Sheila Angelety

Excellent place for groups, from the small to the large. We had a family gathering there and enjoyed every moment. Everyone from the 20 month old to the 63 year old had a blast. Our group had 20 people in it. We rented 3 lanes. We stayed there 4 hours. We ordered food and drinks. Everything was fantastic.

  • J S

Fulton Alley is a great location for hosting events. We had a large group of alumni who were at the convention center and thought this might be a good venue for an evening party. Definitely a win and Jennifer was a superb hostess who was attentive to the group throughout our evening bowling event. Thanks!

  • Ashley W

Fulton Alley was a great place that held a wedding event for our wedding party. The process to book went really smooth. The FOOD was great and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed to host our event. I recommend it! Jennifer, thank you for answering all my questions and greeting me with a smile!!!

  • Robert Warren

Nice bowling alley, good food and cocktails. Only the bartenders seemed to care about the customers. The cocktail servers and deal staff would rather talk and play on their phones. When we were there the AC must have been out. Most of our group left after about an hour. It was miserable.

  • Rachael Mann

Such a cool place! One of our business partners, LAPSEN, had their reception here during the ACTE Vision conference. The food and beverages were fantastic, great service, and the venue was unique and had a festive vibe. I highly recommend this venue for group events or an evening out.

  • Paul Russell

Not sure if this place is currently still open or not, but in the few years I've been in New Orleans and went here, it was amazing. Plenty of staff on hand that knew what they were doing, prime location, decent pricing, good food, wonderful environment. It was always good times l.

  • Jill Banse

We had a good time here. We went on Sunday morning and bowled and had the Bloody Mary’s. Best Bloody Mary I had in New Orleans! The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was average, the pork belly was really tough like jerky. The fries were great. It’s a good time.

  • Your boy nardy Yourboynardy

I would highly recommend this place especially having a great supervisor on Board which lead by great example I believe his name was Brett so nice great hospitality and customer service nice drinks food and fun place to visit with great staffing as well

  • Brian Medus

If you're looking for a fun place to hang out, this is it. If you're looking for catered company activity, this is it. If you're looking for serious bowling, this is not it. Pros- good food, great service Cons- can't use 16lb balls, high drink prices

  • fefe26 MW

We had a blast at Fulton Alley. We went two days Friday and Sunday. We decided to do our Birthdays and Anniversary at Fulton because it's super fun and our friends and family love the scenery. The drinks are nice and the wings are over the top good.

  • Nick Cato

Stopped in just for a quick dinner, and had a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was good but the patty was about the size of a poker chip. The wait staff were super helpful and cheerful, however. Some of the best wait staff I encountered in Nola.

  • Elvalisha Carter

I Really enjoyed My time here The manager I believe his name is Brett was Awesome with great Hospitality and customer service so helpful with assisting the party I had with me I would highly recommend this Bowling alley and staff to anyone ..

Fulton Alley is a solid 5 all day long for the food and atmousphere BUT watch out for bartenders like Phoebe L. Phoebe L. neglected to tell me that the gratuity was automatically charged to my bill at 18%. I did not see the charge until I

I had my Bachelor party here a few months ago and we had an awesome time. Everyone really liked the food and had a lot to drink with the open bar. The only done fall is it ended to fast and they did not let us extend the time for my party.

  • C Mck

Spacious, clean bowling alley. Sports games and music on, but not too loud. Was not very busy on a cold weekend day… price per hour is pretty steep, $60 for 1 hour but you can play with up to 8 people? Definitely the perfect place for a

This place was nice. Best described as a boutique bowling alley. There was good music, a decent menu, and good drinks. We had a party of approx. 12-15 people. We purchased multiple drink and a plethora of food. However, the waitress

  • Brandon Hall

We went on a late Friday night. $63 for one hour and two shoe rentals. Was as expected. Cool to see pins on strings as they reset. A bit too close for comfort with the lane next to us. A lot of drunk people walking into their lanes.

  • Tony Thomas

Great location and good atmosphere. Had a private party here and the only issue was that it wasn't divided from the regular patrons. It got confusing with people coming over to our lanes and using the same waiters to order drinks.

  • Sandeep Balabbigari

Great venue to bring friends! Jennifer helped to manage my event and was very communicative and made the process easy to rent some lanes and add a food/drink package. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive as well!

  • Amanda Winter

My first time! We went for mothers day at 11am and were the only people. The alley was really nice and the staff was great. Food is delicious and we got half off for mothers day. It was an awesome time. Highly recommend it!

  • Csaba Andrasfi

Stopped in to get a quick app between conference sessions at the convetion center. Ended up ordering some wings which were much better than I expected. The service was a bit odd, but otherwise overall it was pretty good.

  • Eric C.

  • Kelvin Traylor

The atmosphere is incredible, the staff was very friendly and the food was good. Also plenty of lanes to bowl. Price wise, extremely decent for 3 people or more. Would love to come back again on my next trip.

Super cool place. Didn't know what to expect and loved it the second I walked in. The bartenders go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and the atmosphere is fantastic. Definitely going back.

  • Susan Crotty

Such a blast. Staff was friendly and mixed great drinks (I had a tea rose that was delicious) and the apps were upscale pub grub. Super clean bathrooms and perfect roomie areas to hangout together bowling.

  • Owen Sketchler

Had a great time on our stay-cation here, with our 3 year old son. Food was great... drinks can be a little pricy. Bumpers turn on and off with each player and they had rolling carts for the little ones.

  • Jessica F

There's a lot of things to do here! Great for socializing. We had our event held here for a conference. There's bowling, Foosball, darts, jenga, shuffleboard, and more. Loved the vibes and options.

  • Jordan R (J)

Great little spot, reasonably priced for games and GREAT service. Staff was super attentive, asking if we needed anything at all but without being too bothersome. Fantastic stuff, keep it up!

  • GLENN DOZIER

I NEVER KNEW ABOUT FULTON ALLEY UNTIL THAT NIGHT. I REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF THERE. A VERY RELAXING ALMOST THERE. THE FOOD GETS A TRIPLE PLUS FOR ME. AND THE PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP UNBELIEVABLE

  • Megan B

Fulton Alley made my husband’s 40th birthday a success!!!! Everyone had a great time and the servers and bar tenders were great!!!! I recommend Fulton Alley anyone planning a small party.

  • Norcal Dave

We were there around noon. Nothing happening and hardly anyone around even though a Saturday. However, decorated nice and I’ll bet a fun place when entertainers ad crowds around.

  • Sonja Arline

The ambiance and food were great. The DJ played a variety of songs that had the crowd dancing nonstop. However, the online entry pass was not honored. The cover charge was $50.

  • Grant DeRocher

Nice clean venue with good food. Bowling, pool, darts, shuffleboard, giant Jenga, and other games available. Many big tvs. Took a school group there and kids had a blast.

  • Marty terrebonne

Had a great time. The food and drinks were good. The bowling balls are rough, I couldn't find a single ball that was in good condition. But we made do and had a blast.

  • Harlin Miller Jr

Fulton alley is a great place to bowl. It’s very trendy, has great food options, and a decent bar! It tends to get very packed on the weekends and it’s fairly pricey.

This place was awesome and the food was amazing. This was a company event. We had a great time. This was not the first time and it will not be the last.

Nice venue, a little pricey to bowl. The pins don't fall down like an actual bowling alley. They're held up with strings, but they work pretty well.
