My warning/engine lights abruptly came on this morning, and having absoultey zero knowledge on motor vehicles, I panicked. I knew I had a 3.5 drive the next day and was not confident in using my car with these warning lights on. I called a "big brand" auto/mechanic centre nearby who said they were too busy and did not have time. I then googled "mechanics near me" and saw that Future Auto Cooper's Plain had 100s of amazing reviews. I gave them a call and spoke to Geoff. I told Geoff what had happened, and Geoff calmy explained to me what the possible reasons could be. I told him that I needed to drive down to NSW the next day and did not feel confident driving the car with the warning lights on. Geoff reassured me that it was the right thing to do, just to be sure that nothing was of concern, he said that they were a bit busy but he is able to fit me in. I drove down, and the team at Future Auto were able to test and check my car for any issues straight away. The team did an amazing job, they were all so friendly and Geoff explained to me what had happened in plain English ( none of this technical jargon) and was thorough. I even called my partner afterwards and told him how I felt like I was in safe hands here. ( Of course being a women, taking your car to a mechanic can be a bit nerve racking). However, Geoff and the team at Future Auto Cooper's plain made it so seemless. It was my first time with you guys and I have booked already myself in for my log book service. If you are in need of a new mechanic, definitely give Geoff and the team at Future Auto Cooper's Plains a call! You and your car won't regret it.

Generally, I satisfied with the service. Plus points: friendly and honest owner, provide instructions and present what happened to my car via photos and call, which is a GREAT advantage compared to other shops. / My both windshields are clean and polished carefully which is awesome to see./ prices for tyres, wiper rubbers, and equipments are generally reasonable to what I researched online/ I just called to book and take my car on the same day which is a WONDERFUL things as other services are not available until next week. Minus point: I wish the owner should tell me the estimated price right at the time I dropped my car. After dropping for around 3 hours, I received a call and photos about the car issues, as well as the estimated price. Bit painful for me as a student but the receipt reveals that the labour fees is the most pricey thing. Eventually, 750 bucks for car service logbook and replace 2 tyres and wiper rubbers are kinda fair with the quick time to receive the car.

Searched for a local buissness that could help diagnose a leak in the aircon. After dropping my car off shortly after I received a detailed photo of the problem (leak) and a quote to get it fixed. I agreed to go ahead and have it sorted, they were able to do it straight away and I had my car back a few hours later. When I picked up my car they went through the list of things thoroughly with me so I could fully understand what work they did and what the initial problem with my car was. All of the staff were super friendly and I felt as though i could trust them. I've dealt with dodgy people in the past but I didn't get that feeling coming here. I'll definitely be back for further work including getting my car serviced.

Gary and the team at Future Auto were professional and helpful. The communication was great and didn’t mind that I needed to leave the car on sites for a few days. The quote was itemised with prices for parts and labour hours. The transparency in the service made me feel comfortable because I could compare their costs with the competition. FYI don't waste your time because they are competitive and extremily professional. If you are like me it's the trust that I find important in a good mechanic and Gary has it in spades. P.s. I swear to God that they called me yesterday and said I won the monthly raffle and won the $250 of services so my next annual service is covered aswell.....Booyaa!

The entire process of assessing the required work to be done to bring the sedan up to being roadworthy and reliable was done in a few hours. A detailed report with associated costs was presented which we actioned on promptly. Three days later the car was worked on for two days, completing the entire list of work. All work was explained to us, and we went over each item after the work was completed. We wished we could get this level of service in Adelaide. Overall the entire process was outstanding and 5 star service. We had a loan car for two days to top off the experience.Recommended car service centre for all. Book your vehicle in today!!!

Very professional, friendly and great communication. Did an amazing job inspecting and servicing a used 4wd ute I purchased recently, making sure that they addressed any concerns I had. Excellent communication from start to finish making the whole process quick and easy. I was informed of any identified issues that needed to be addressed before they proceeded with any work. Gary and Geoff took the the time to talk to me after to make sure I understood work that had been done and answered all my questions. Will 100% come back again for any servicing and repairs needed in the future.

TLDR: Best mechanic I've been to - I highly recommend them! They did a fantastic job with my car (2007 Toyota Yaris) and verified any additional maintenance items over the phone with me before commencing. I needed quite a few things done and I was surprised at how well priced it was. When I went to pick up my car, they went into detail on each item that was covered during the service, as well as recommendations for future services. They were so thorough, that they identified easily overlooked issues that I forgot to mention and weren't outlined as part of the logbook service.

The story does not end here, I went back the other day for some more maintenance issues, see my car is getting old, just like me, but it still runs well otherwise. Took the car in for a full logbook servicing and to investigate a vibration in the car from hitting a pothole. When I came to pick the car up, the interior had been cleaned and vacuumed, they had repaired the damage to the rim and had even taken photos to show me. They debriefed me on the servicing and were able to answer all of my questions. Overall, the service was swift, the price was reasonable, the staff were friendly and professional and the work was carried out to a very high standard. 100% will be coming back to Future Auto.

My son took my car into Future Auto for a service after he was so impressed after having his car done the week before. You guys are AWESOME!!!!! Not only does the car run really well but you picked up and fixed a small oil leak that I had for years that numerous other mechanics had said it wasn't worth fixing. Lovely customer service! Was so welcoming and patient with me since it was my first time owning a car and doing maintenance with it, when working on my car they advised me that the previous mechanics who worked on the car drilled a hole and ZIP TIED it together! As well as other things that were broken as well, Geoff sent us the photos to show us the damages and even called my dad to update. Will be coming back soon to get the broken parts fixed . Overall the process went smooth, they were able to help me out with the concerns I had regarding what services I need to do etc. They were also able to loan me car while my car was being serviced and that was really helpful!. Prompt & friendly service. Management kept in touch throughout service which was very involved trying to locate replacement part in Australia & also Japan. When no part was available in Australia & 5 months from Japan at $2500:00 it was decided to ask seek help from Aviation Welding who were able to repair an unavailable part. I would definitely recommend this business as they work with the customer, start to finish.

Excellent service, very kind staff and very quick. They contact you after they look over the car to let you know what needs to be done/ any additional work needed and give you a cost estimate so you’re not caught off guard at the counter by additional work and costs. Very friendly and sincere service. I can see that the mechanics are very experienced and not trying to sell something unnecessary, also as the workshop looked to be full of customer's cars, I got the impression they don't need to. The service was quick and thorough. I expected for just a tyre replacement but they made my rims look shiny and brand new, when it looked grimy as hell before!

My car was shaking when I wanted to speed up or slow down and the engine was running roughly. I’m happy that I took my car to Future Auto. The guys here really know the car and repair it quickly.
