Adding an update on my below review 3 years ago. Have been the loyal customer since then, having both cars serviced at Triple H. Never went wrong - best service, quality, staff, and price. Even received free gift and thorough wash recently during promotion. Much appreciated. ............................ The best ever service I have received. Ben and his team went every extra mile to help with resolving the issue of my car. There was bad coolant leakage. The team diagnosed the problem within 15mins. The part (water pump) was ordered and replaced straight away on the same day (Sunday). The car now works perfectly, coolant tank was fully filled, and even with a thorough clean inside the car. What i can expect more!!! The price is soooo reasonable too. The professionalism and work spirit of the team is respectful. I will highly recommend Triple H Automative to everyone. Thanks heaps.

I have used their service twice. The first time was for a CVT transmission change on my Suzuki Swift. They were honest and knowledgeable in what they do which is why I chose to use their service. They were also very efficient in sourcing a replacement and performing the replacement work. I then decided to use their service again for my periodic car maintenance. The service fee was cheaper than Ultratune and Mycar. The check was very thorough. They took photos and show you before they do any replacement. A minor hiccup was that they did not stamp the logbook and I did not check. I just had to make another trip to get it stamped. For those who are concerned about the remoteness of the workshop, they were very kind to provide Uber for me to and from the nearby Sunnybank plaza. Will use their service again.

Took my car in at 2pm Friday 23/12/23 for a full clutch replacement, I was quoted what the price would be over the phone before even bringing it in and the price was exactly what they quoted on completion. Triple H completed this by 3pm 24/12/23 when no other mechanic around could fit me in, they squeezed me in and worked efficiently and professionally as they could, I want to thank you for having my car back to me in time for Christmas and not leaving me without a car for Christmas, some of the best service I have received at any mechanic or repair shop, most definitely have made a brilliant first impression and have won this guy over on as a return customer, Again thank you so incredibly much!

So far, so good. Very professional, their prices are reasonable. I've checked similar services offered around Sunnybank area and most are quite expensive and the reviews are not pleasant. I brought my car for log service and minor part replacement. For a $189 log book service, it's good enough. But if you're asking for a Road Worthy Certificate, just make sure your vehicle has above average condition on tyres, brakes, disc, wipers, etc. Otherwise, for them, a working condition won't be good enough and they will ask you to replace those parts even if you think they're not yet due for replacement, so better get a RWC from an independent mechanic instead.

インスペクションは、元々1時間~1時間半と聞いていたのに、時間通りには終わらず、時間を過ぎて仕事の都合上、後どのくらいかかるのか教えて欲しいと言っても、確認する、座って待っていての一点張りで、結果2時間半かかり、バスで行けたはずが、仕事にはUverを使わざるを得ませんでした。その後修理して欲しかった箇所は直らないと言われました。それは仕方ないとは言え、後数ヶ月しか乗らないと言っているのにも関わらず、＄1,000にも及ぶタイヤ交換とブレーキ修理が必要だと言われ、インスペクションはかなりの時間がかかったにも関わらず、その後わずか45分以内にキャンセルしたいと連絡すると、もう終わったからキャンセルはできないと言われました。修理が終われば、連絡すると言われましたが、その連絡はすぐには来ず、私がかけた電話から3時間後に終わったと連絡が来ました。レセプションの方の言葉には理解しかねます。

Absolutely recommend! In recent years, we’ve started to bring our cars and motorbike to get serviced by Ben and his team. Professional and easy to communicate with. The staff will take time to explain to you any issues that need fixing up with your car (even things to be aware of for the future) and answer any “silly” questions you have about your car. Price is very reasonable as well.

Every time I've had my vehicle serviced at Triple H, Ben and his colleagues have done an outstanding job. Their customer service is unmatched, and all of the vehicles are meticulously inspected, fixed, and their problems are accurately recorded. Additionally, their prices are relatively affordable. Not much more could be expected from a mechanic's shop. I fully recommend this workshop.

Himi is amazing. My partner and I broke down while visiting Brisbane on a Sunday (public holoday weekend!) and no mechanic would answer their phones, or they were all booked out. Himi wasn't able to get out to us, but he spent a good half an hour on the phone with my partner talking him through exactly how to fix the issue (water pump) and what parts we needed. Thank you so much Himi!

Very friendly and professional service, I have been here few times for my car service and checking car problems, they do such incredible checking on the details of my car and gave me quotes of those issues, then it’s up to me if I want to repairs or not. They care about your safety on roads and follow up after the service. Highly recommended Triple H if you have any car issues.

Have had my car serviced quite a few times now at Triple H and couldn't be happier with their service. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch. Recently I needed new tyres as well as brake pads and they were able to do it all in a day. They did a great job fixing my van and made sure the wheel alignment was 100% spot on. Mycar had fked it earlier by just going by the numbers, but here they drive tested it mercilessly to make sure my vehicle was performing to perfection!! They even gave me a discount given it took a bit longer than anticipated to perfect the van

Such nice and detailed service. Changing Timing belt , Water pump and other components will take some time. However we don’t need to wait in the garage. They will inform you that which part of car need to be fixed with detailed photos via email. Then having a discussion with you via mobile. Everything is nice.

My car had have serviced many times now at Triple H that is good at their service. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch. Even when my car has some problems but I need to use the car asap, they also do their best to finish to fix my car. The staffs also quite nice and friendly.

I usually am afraid of mechanics as I suppose everyone but they try their best do the job done even if my Mitsubishi challenger was not in a good condition, and they were really honest with the price which was really good compare to other like my car or ultratune.

So after 5 months of having my car serviced, the timing belt flew off and my battery ran out of charge. Ive had to pay $150 to a real mechanic to fix the problem that should have been fixed by triple h already. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BUSINESS.
