BEWARE AND STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!!!! We paid $165 to have our near New Car to be steam cleaned, buffed and polished but ended up having a car now that stinks of 'Mould' smell just within a week of they cleaning it. And the best part is - We took our car back to them to check what went wrong, just to realize they don't use steam to do their so called "Steam Clean" instead use chemicals on the seats and then just vacuum them off!!!!! No wonder these chemicals have seeped into the seats and are causing the dirty smell now!!! The current owner sounded like a money grab - after checking our car he says and I quote - "There are so many cars waiting currently and we are always busy, customers can choose not to visit us anymore - I will refund the amount and deduct it from the employee (who worked on the car) pay" - We didn't want the employee to pay for their owner's incompetency and arrogance, so we refused to accept the refund and walked away and got our car cleaned else where which costed us $260 to fix the damages. Never again!!!!

This place is AWESOME! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service. As far as the review previously on here, there are holes in the vacuum heads for a reason, it helps with the suction. One of my favorite things at this location is the soap. The soap this auto wash uses smells fantastic! I literally wanted to eat my car while I sat inside smelling the soap as the machines coated the outside. My wife wouldn’t admit to wanting to eat the car, but I did see her licking her lips, so I’m pretty sure she was thinking about it too! Most cheapest car wash in Bexley. They are great. Awesome service. Very friendly team. Free coffee if you spend 50 dollar or above. Very professional team. No drama no excuse, they will do as you want to make you happy. ✌️✌️✌️

Definitely recommended, very friendly and helpful staff. I handed them a genuinely dirty 4WD (both internal and external) for a wash, vacuum and polish. The price quoted was really reasonable. It took longer than the initial time estimate but that’s because it was much dirtier than they anticipated (my fault, not theirs). Their main concern seemed to be not that the car was dirty but that their time estimate had been exceeded. I enjoyed a complimentary coffee which was a good brew. The car now looks amazing! It’s beautiful and shiny on the outside and you’d have no idea looking at the inside that 2 dogs regularly travel in it. Thanks team, I will be back (and I promise to try not to have the car so dirty next time!)

Wanted to get the seats & carpets steam cleaned. Despite their board clearly stating that the steam clean for a small car is $105, he quoted $180. I questioned how he was justifying this price, and he immediately dropped it to $160. He was trying to tell me there was going to be 'extra work' involved and that he had to charge me extra. After I said he was just trying to rip me off because I'm a girl and walked off he dropped his price to $105. Obvs left because I'm not giving my business to people who try to take advantage of young women and overcharge them for basic work. Seems like I dodged a bullet tho after reading other reviews saying they don't actually use steam, rather chemicals.

If I could give zero starts I would. Worst car wash in all of st George area and possibly Sydney ! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!!!! The new owner is Vietnamese. After he inspected the car, he gave me 3 options $40,$50 and $65. I paid $65 to have my car washed in and out, waxing, polished Internal detail and vacuuming. The employees their have not attentive to detail. Outside was still dirty in various places, inside was not vacuumed properly. Dashboard and windows not internally cleaned. Don’t waste your time and money! entire roof were not cleaned Dodgy! Will never go back there again…

Absolutely horrible management! After a half-arsed clean I called out that there was dirt and bug marks still on the car to which the owner got hostile and started yelling slurs. Then demanded I pay almost $100 extra if I want a good clean. Needless to say, they have lost a 2 year old customer. The owner needs a reality check and some training in customer service. Make sure you check your car after the wash - all they care about is pressure washing the car and wiping it doen with the cloth. Do not expect a nice clean.

Waiting time is a definite for all car wash but they definitely do a better job compared to the other more established ones. I pad for the most expensive was and clean. For my wife’s vehicle. So I had chosen the deal that was most expensive and most thorough. Only to return to a rushed detail. Windows were not cleaned properly. Plastics were not wiped down properly Buff and polish was left with swirl marks and streaks still on the car. They told me to bring the car back. If the work is better I will change my review. But just seems like robot mode and zero care for why service you actually pay for..

Quite slack and certainly not attentive to detail. The door sills were left dirty, sections of the car and the entire roof were not dried off. The staff there obviously have no experience in proper car washing technique and the manager needs to pay more attention to what his staff are actually doing instead of sitting around playing with his mobile device. Certainly wont return.

Have always taken my car here but now they want to charge more than the price board because the car is dirty. Car is actually not bad considering the lock down and really just needs a vacuum inside which has already been cleared. Seem to want to put prices up but should do so officially rather than making a price up for each car. Not keen on bargaining for a car wash.

I don't recommend washing your car here, waited 1 hr and a half for absolute rubbish of a wash, workers are very lazy, didn't clean the car properly.. didn't even bother cleaning under the car bonnet and clean where the window wipers are also small things like the glove box and the middle console and the boot wasn't cleaned properly.

My car wasn't washed in 2 years sitting under a tree and had so many leaves and spider in and out of the car. The staff at Glow car wash were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job cleaning it. Came out 10x better than expected. Thought there would be marks and gunk still on the car but all gone. I do t care what they say but personal experience ‘best ever car wash to clean ur car and good price’! I payed $37 in and out of my Triton truck. Can’t complain about that and aircon lounge area for you to wait if it takes awhile to wait and plus cafe and canteen.

It took 2 hrs to wash/ clean my car and they didn't even clean in area's that you would expect professional cleaners to target. Great customer service and friendly but not as thorough as needed for the price I paid... Not sure if I'd go back …

After wash there are still dirty in many places. Did not vacumm inside. Wash by a machine would be much cleaner than this and cost 1/3 of the price. Don't use this service.

I wash my car all the time there cause of the friendly staff. Just make sure to double check how clean is the car after they finish. Needs more work on the cafe area.

They quoted me a higher price than what was advertised on the billboard. When I picked the car up, they missed my boot and obvious bits. The quality is very poor.
