Ows it goin. Yes I was relieved to b able to speak of my experience and b listend to with open minds and of a non-bias approach. All the staff I av spoken to at GTC av been friendly and helpful. I don't do any of this as a cover up of any of my behavior, I am fed up with bein lied to and about. Ntuthuko and Michael r very nice fellas and I av confidence in confiding with/to em both. Ther assistant is a nice lady too. Ntuthuko has given me extra time of his to help and I am very appreciative of him doin so. I must say the "system" needs a re-vamp in regards to the person protected and or application and of VRO's to b held accountable for communication during an order of which they have askd for to protect them... Had a disgraceful experience, my lawyer was very incompetent always asking his superiors for the next step, he was also asked to leave the court room on one occasion and was told he was not prepared by court staff on the other 2, when i tried to leave they gave me a large bill to take my file but lowered it a huge amount when i got the law society of NSW involved, have got a new lawyer now to repair all the damage to my case, the first time in court my lawyer also had another client who was very annoyed at his representation, i would give lower than a one if this was possible, these lawyers as i have seen being in the office multiple times are very young and lack experience as i have found out the hard way.

The service i recieved at GTC lawyers was the worst experience i could of imagined. After handing the details of my case over i was completely forgotten about. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a letter of demand (something you can do yourself at home that requires nothing that the average person can not do) the letter of demand was full of errors and poor grammar. I had to call the office every week to find out what was going on and i was made to feel like they did not care about my case at all. I do not recommend that anyone use this law firm as all they care about is money and no customer satisfaction.

After being represented by Samira Ashkar for my matter in court. She got me the outcome that I wanted. She worked with a great deal of profession and kept in touch with me the whole way through. Thankyou again Samira for your help in achieving the outcome that I wanted vikki
