Wow. I've been here a lot over the last two years and enjoyed it, got some cute stuff. I went in today for a little pick me up and the prices!!! Honey save yourself the trouble and just go to a mall where everything is on sale anyway! It's the same price and it's not second hand. What a freaking disappointment, I used to love this store. For context I bought two cloches (a standing candle/terrarium jar thing), one giant one for $8.99 and a medium size one for $6.99 about 6 months ago. I bought a cute name brand dress for $10.99 about a year ago. Today I walked in and there were several cute but not name brand dresses for $15.99 and a cloche about a 3rd of the size of the medium one I already have for $8.99. I walked out. The boutique was always more expensive than regular Goodwill and I understood why but now it's just getting ridiculous.

I'm visiting Charlotte for a month. I visit many Goodwill stores, for fun, in my travels. This is, by far, the best darn Goodwill store ever! I wish every city had a "Goodwill Boutique". I am not sure if they send all the best Goodwill donations here, or what. Organized by color, look and feel of an upscale boutique, but with Goodwill prices. Clothing, jewelry, and some household decorative items. So far, i have purchased a Ralph Lauren sport skirt, unique dress, 5 pairs of earrings, a decorative bowl, 2 lamps. Also, staff are super welcoming.

I want to love this place because we need more people shopping second hand and it was a pleasant experience with nice staff. HOWEVER, whoever came up with the idea to sort clothes by color apparently cares about how things look much more than how they function for shopping. I came in looking for pants or long skirts/dresses in my size and spent much more time looking than I would have at a regular store or regular thrift store with mediocre results. They don't even use the colored size tags to make it easier like at a regular Goodwill.

Cute store- but WAY too overpriced to be connected with goodwill. I get those items are “classy”- but they are still second hand and do not have price tags on them. I can get brand new items like those for the same price or a few dollars more with a sale at Belks. Not worth it.

Such a great experience at this store today! We stumbled upon it while driving from South Park to South End. The employees are so friendly! I found a neat acrylic tray for my office post it’s. I’ll pop in again the next time I visit Charlotte.

Decided to check this Goodwill out as we don't have these on Orlando. Pretty nice organized and clean store with more boutique type of clothing and accessories. Plenty of selection for both men's and women's to shop and the staff was friendly.

Very clean and nice clothing, jewelry, shoes, and household items for sale. You won't be disappointed if you visit this location!

Very nice shop, it’s laid out and colored coded nicely. Surprised to see some nice name brands. Clean fitting room as well.
