Came to this salon to get a hair cut since it was a quiet morning and I needed to get a quick hair cut. I was happy that I wouldn't have been waiting in a crowded salon as there was 1 other customer being serviced and 1 leaving (or so I thought). I was left standing behind the "finished" customer chatting away with the employee for 5-10 minutes at the registry. The employee saw me standing behind her and did not even bother to acknowledge me or let me know that she won't be too long (so that she could let "her client" know there was someone else needing to be served), instead she kept her conversation with her client going. It was nice to let "your client" know that you are on leave at a certain time, but did the conversation have to keep going on and on Obviously the shop was "so" busy that you obviously didn't care I was a paying customer. I ended up walking off (which you didn't even blink an eyelid or say anything) and I happily gave my money to another hairdressing salon who actually wanted my money. I won't be ever coming to your salon and will let my family and friend's know about the "service" I had received there.

Not a happy Client! My girlfriend always gets her hair done in the Salon. BUT NOT HAPPY with the beauty therapist that does the waxing.!!! She got her eye brows done but she had to finish off the rest by taking off her own tint off the eye brows and had to fix her own eye brows because the therapist was too busy at the front doing "nails! She would of understand if the therapist was busy but she was to interested taking her $20 that she never finish her own client! She tweezer too much hair and nip her skin causing bleeding and only wax the bottom of the eye brow and causing discomfort for her. Did not even shape her eye brows but it was ok for her take her $20 that she didn't complete the service!!!!!! Unfortunately she won't be coming back to get her hair or waxing there ever again. She is very upset and very disappointed.

Hakan is a very experienced hairdresser! Created miracles on my damaged lifeless hair. The keratin treatment was the best pampering for my hair... months on and it still shows its charm. I am impressed with my hair colour. He recommended a colour that compliments by complexion. Overall great fiendly and genuine customer service. I love the new hair products, they have also made a big improvement to my hair health. I recommend this salon to everyone. Thanks for the great service.

Always make the trip to get my waxing done here! Would never go anywhere else. The quality of work it's outstanding, the customer service is exceptional but the icing on the cake is $22 for eyebrow wax and tint! Thanks to the whole team for making every single one of my experiences with you a pleasant one. But a special thank you to the beauty therapist who always has a smile on her face and always makes time to insure I'm happy with her service.

Me and my girlfriend have our hair dressing and waxing done in this hair salon for long times. We don`t go any where else.No waiting time, happy stuff always kind and professional service. My girlfriend happy for her hair color and style to do here she does not go any where else. I have never disappointed with my hair cuts.As long as you ask and explain exactly what hair style you want they will get it done. very happy customer ....

Had a manicure which was good. However, when I was getting my nails done one of the other manicurist decided to use the electric file to file her toe nails- right next to me! A client then came in asking them to fix a jewel that came off her nail and then the manicurist immediately started using the same electric file on the client without any disinfection or cleaning! Disgusting!

First time I came here, got a pedicure and waxed my legs. Girls were friendly, thats why I came back. Today got sns nails done. Nicky serviced me. She is not only friendly but her work is the best Ive had!!!! Well worth a visit. Highly highly recommend her.

Only trust these guys with a basic cut. Foils were a hack job, I left looking like a zebra and needed to book elsewhere to fix it.
