"Terrible phone customer service"
"Great service and even better after sales service"
"I feel like they don't care about the customer at all"
"From always having no trolleys available, after sending an email to complain, they definitely upped their "Game""
"The customer service is really bad I did bye some items for more than R12 000, Seven days later still waiting for my delivery, and what most upsetting is that they come whit long story's of why I can't get my money back so I will just have to wait for them to deliver when ever they feel like it"
Terrible phone customer service. I been calling incessantly; they keep you on hold and have their own conversations. The store workers DECIDE who they wanna help or not. They deliberately keep you on the phone, and notice your repeated calling and ignore you're call because they don't want to assist you. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
Great service and even better after sales service. They have a no nonsense money back warranty. December 2021 I purchased three Meser laptops there. I had a problem with one after a month.Game had it fixed with in two weeks. However the people who fixed it scratched it.Game gave me the option to get a new one or get a refund.
I feel like they don't care about the customer at all. Was at the store to buy a couch but first of all no one came out to help me. The furniture is broken but they still sell them. And they don't have stock but they selling the display which is damage and dirty and it is still going for a high price.
From always having no trolleys available, after sending an email to complain, they definitely upped their "Game". Lately there's sufficient trolleys. I noticed more cashiers, especially on weekends. Helpful staff at the Help desk. Added, they played such lovely music, I don't want to leave the store!

The lines are always long and the staff to busy to help. Tried to go in to buy a washing machine. Had some questions, asked the gentleman at the appliances and he told me he would get back to me, waited 35 minutes nothing, asked another guy
The game customer care service is number one,, they were very helpful at handling my query after i returned a tv that i bought close to 2019, and it started having issues after 2years . It was working perfect,, and i was very happy with it.
I was at game last week and I must say it was not a pleasant experience at all, I wanted to buy my 10 months old baby a feeding chair. They was a group of game staff members chatting.. I approached them and I asked for assistance but non
Usually when I go into Game it's not a bad experience. Most of the time the lines are not long due to sufficient cashiers and there are always people ready to assist on the general shop floor. I also like that they have a cashier at the
So I was in game and returned our tv that has just switched off after 3 years of purchasing. We got at customer service an the lady lee Anne assisted us with details etc . Another lady was working on the other side doing the repairment
Great place to shop at with affordable prices from appliances down to food. The tellers are chatty and work but not fast enough. Ques tend to very long and customers are allowed to pay at different departments' till points but when you

How does Game Store advertise a sale, you do a rain-check and make the payment. It has been weeks now and still, no communication I called and the item has still not arrived in the store.
Poor poor customer service, staff having there own meetings while I need customer assistance with a pair of headphones. Left immediately after not be recognized by staff
Very poor service! Had to wait for more than a 15 minutes just cause I used JustPayNow method. The manager lady kept saying she’s waiting for an SMS.
Hi There , hope you're Ladies and Gents are all doing well ... Most people like to complain if there's a problem , but very few will come back
Always pathetic service. Can never just pop in quickly to this store. Expect minimum 1 - 2 hours shop visit to do anything in this store
