I did not have a good experience today visiting Garfield medical centre. The receptionist was incredibly rude upon arrival. Once called for my appointment the Dr did not know why I was in there, as I made my appointment on the phone and was specfic to what I needed to have done, clearly the receptionist doesn't take customer requests seriously enough, to write them down or confirm if procedures are performed. Staff need to be more Informed of procedure the practice do and don't do! I was told they don't perform my request by the Dr. Thank you for waisting my time today. Will not be returning!

Garfield Medical Centre is the type of modernised and sophisticated centre we all want to experience, the G P’ s there attend to their patient in a magnificent way, what about the nurses? The nurses there are beautiful and fantastic when treating patients, for instance the first three times I went there, was to follow my spouse but after witnessing the way they look after her, then i officially made appointment with a doctor. They are well trained and organised.

It is the best medical centre in the area. The doctors are very good and skilled at their job. They are genuine, friendly, do correct diagnosis and recommend perfect treatment. I highly recommend to see these docs if you have any kind of problem. There is parking available behind the medical centre along with the street Parking. The reception staff are also good and helpful.

This is one of the worst medical centres. I got an appointment today(27/8/2022) at 8 o’clock and we have been waiting until 8.30am. Then i asked from the receptionist whether the doctor is going to take us now? Then she called the doctor and she has told her shift starts at 9 o’clock. And doctor is not in the medical centre. What a medical centre? Hate places like this.

Just came to see Dr Shankar Kumarasiri and what a pleasant appointment both my wife and I had with him. He was patient and kind and gave some really good advice and suggestions. We will definitely be coming back to see Dr Shankar. Happy weekend! The reception staff both over the phone and face to face was also very pleasant and great to deal with.

All the staff here are friendly and inviting. The doctors are all very thorough and make sure that you are given the best care. Even though the staff are very efficient, I never felt that any of my appointments were rushed at all. The admin staff were also very kind in sorting all my paperwork out. Would highly recommend this practice.

Finally a medical Centre in the West where the reception and staff are all wonderful! Been to a few shockers over the years but this place is amazing, receptionist is very friendly , doctors and nurses are amazing at their jobs and calm even the shakiest of hands. Highly recommended!

The receptionist said they don’t have a spare mask but she’s wearing a ordinary mask and it’s new. She said that they don’t have stocks, it’s better to cancel the appointment, the receptionist was so rude. A one mask can take a cent to help

Priscilla has been fantastic for our five year old son (ASD 2 with a speech delay). Our son actually looks forward to seeing her which never happens with medical professionals. Our son's speech has improved so much in a short time with her

Normally use another Medical Centre with rude staff and long waiting times. So glad I Googled this practice when I needed a script. Dr Sri was very thorough with a lovely manner. Receptionist was very helpful. Highly recommended

Been going to this place since I worked at the allied health in wentworthville. I moved jobs but still visit Garfield Medical. All drs are extremely helpful and usually on time and one of the new Dr Ramana is good. Thankyou

No respect to appointment time. Usual delays are 1-2 hours even after taking appointment. Reception staff doesn’t keep track of whos next so you have to do that. They check medicare card again and again.

Great staff, convenient booking system, and modern facilities. I'm glad we have so many GPs available in Wentworthville - they provide a valuable service to the community.

I started attending Garfield back in Early 2019, as I followed my Family GP, Dr Shankar. Dr Shankar has been our family Dr since 2015...

Highly professional and friendly staff. I saw Dr Sri who was patient and addressed my concerns. Would recommend this Gp practice.

Dr Sri Kumarasiri was terrific. Very impressed with the overall experience and care I received, I highly recommend him.
