Highly recommendSally from GEM!! I was desperate for a massage and always a bit sceptical about shopping centre massages but Sally was outstanding!! She is kind and really cares, checking pressure frequently and seemed to know exactly what to massage to losen my muscles.I feel she has some innate knowing of where to go on the body that is unique. I was so impressed I booked in my husband the very next day who is like ROCK (and fussy about massage) but he came back saying it was the best massage he has ever had and a niggle he has had for years in his neck has been dramatically reduced. Also weird thing to say but I love the towels they use - beautiful and thick and the table was really clean with nice music in the background. Thank you so much Sally. We really appreciate your skills! We will continue to go there from now on.

My adult son and I treated our selves to a full body massage. The lady started massaging me for about one minute then I was left for about 6-10 minutes laying there. Finally she came back in, no apologies for taking so long i can understand leaving to get oil or towels for a minute or 2 but it was ages. Then our arms weren’t done at all, the front of our legs, arms, head weren’t done either, I confirmed I wanted a relaxation massage and the whole thing was painful, also for my son. Not once were we asked if the pressure was ok at all. Won’t be going back here at all. $200 and not enjoyable at all. My son could barely walk when he left he was in that much pain. So disappointing as last time I went there it was great. And last time I checked arms were part of the body and should be included in a full body massage.

We have been coming to get massage regularly (weekly/fortnightly) for years now with Nicha and Mary and couldn’t be happier. (The name of the business has recently changed from Gems Massage to Revive Chinese Massage and the same amazing team are still here at Revive). Nicha & Mary are amazing at what they do and so friendly. Highly recommend these amazing ladies. Nicha and Mary in particular are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. They have fixed many issues I have had and really know what the issue is if you talk to them about it. We always come out feeling so much better and so relaxed. Not like other “massage” places which seem to just try to pass the time and do no good. Thank you Revive Massage and in particular Nicha & Mary!

I cannot even start to express how amazed I was with Sally's remedial massage. She is excellent with communicating what's to come. The massage began with her checking in with you to find out the troubled spots and she will ask if you prefer for her to dedicate more time to solve your problem areas, rather then spend the time for the whole body. Being a mother of 3, getting an hour away to endulge in massage is luxury, but it was well worth the time and investment my body needed. Highly recommend Sally !!! She works fast and purposeful movements that just get all the sore spots.

Never did I think my regular massage place would be in a shopping centre, but here we are! Best remedial massage I have had, and I have had ALOT. Sally takes the time to get to know your problem areas and sat down with me at my first session to ensure she got to know me better. Asking whether I exercise, stretch etc is a big factor many therapists skip out on, but not her. HICAPS also accepted for remedial purposes. Thank you! I am now a loyal customer!

It’s not what I wanted, but what I needed. I went in hoping to get a one hour relaxation massage with oil, just to pamper myself. What I got was being covered in towels and it felt more like a deep tissue massage. I could have spoken up and clarified, but I didn’t because he undid all of the knots in my neck and shoulder and it was amazing. It was tough to push through but I’m reaping the benefits days later. Thank you.

Poor service - we had called ahead of time to check availability and book. Once we arrived, we were ping ponged between their other store in fg but neither had availability. Had to wait an hour long before they were available. Noisy area - the noise from the shopping centre really travels through to the massage room which makes it hard to relax Quality of massage was satisfactory

I went Gem Massage today(near Kmart), there was this guy who massaged me. The pressure was so low as if he was just doing to kill his one hour. Also he was only massaging at one spot. I don’t know if he was the owner or one of the employees but one thing for sure I am going back to him. The lady who did massage my daughter was very good. Hopefully they do look into this.

I went in for a deep tissue whole body massage at 9am with Coco. she gave the best massage i have ever revieced every muscle getting rid of all knots she was very sensual and made me feel cared for. I would highly reccomend her and if i could i would go every week she is majic.. She deserves a pay rise thank you coco

Was given a gift voucher for GEM massage Fountain Gate. First time trying a massage in a shopping centre. Experience was great. Body feels so light now and definitely feels a difference. I had Mary - she was great. Highly recommend the hot stone massage.

We have been coming to see Nicha and Mary for our regular massage for a long time now and would never go anywhere else. They actually know what they are doing and are extremely good at what they do. This is very hard to find at other massage places.

It can be so hit and miss at a shopping centre massage place. However, sometimes you have a spare half hour, and it’s a great treat. The place was clean and smelt lovely. I would highly recommend Mary; she did a fantastic job!

Great little massage salon. Quality service and very well priced. Lymphatic drainage massage is awesome. Instant results. Reflexology brilliant too. Grab a coffee or special detox tea when you there. Cannot recommend enough.
