I mean i love this store.. but there is like never any help what so ever! I spent ages in their pulling out clothes looking at them, going up to a mirror checking them out as I wanted to buy stuff. Ffinally someone actually said hi to me... and then nothing... then one of the staff asked me who i was shopping for i said myself.. and then she took me to a dressing room and just "said good luck!" nothing like 'if you need help just ask.' and just like that nothing.. did not even bother coming and checking or anything... same thing every time.. might get a hi occasionally but nothing else..

Just wanted to write a quick review on their customer service. I just wanted to buy a pair of thongs and since the plastic bags are banned they couldn't give me a bag to carry it. I asked for a bag and they told me that I'll have to buy it for a $ 2 or something. I told them that I'll have to buy one since I don't have anything to carry it and I was pulling my card out to pay. The guy at the checkout handed me over a bag and told me it's on them and no need to pay. Such a great customer service!! Thanks mate and sorry I couldn't catch your name!! Pls refill the havaianas collection. :)

The team at Rouse Hill were so helpful I purchased jeans online I needed a different size they didn’t have size in store they soon found my size at a different store and had it sent with in 3 days felt special by the fantastic service they provided me five stars to the team at the Rouse Hill store highly recommend this store.

Amazing customer service, all staff were really friendly, extreamly helpful with helping me find a new style. I really appreciate the help they gave me, they were really patient with me. I wish every a merry Christmas and a happy new year. I would definitely recommend going here if you need more clothing.

The boys are absolutely lovely. Had my newborn in my arms sleeping and they went above and beyond to ask if the music was too loud for her and if I wanted them to turn it down. They have amazing service and their store is one of the few I feel comfortable in whilst shopping with a newborn.

Smallish store but has a great range of brands and styles. The layout is great with plenty of change rooms. The staff was very helpful with selecting good pair of jeans! Good range of shoes, sunglasses, watches. Great customer service I will definitely be shopping here again!

Kaia and staff at rouse hill are extremely helpful and friendly, shop there regularly as you know you are always going to get fabulous customer service. Great work team!
