Was here about a year and a half ago and just recently started looking at their website again. But holy cow, the staff here are AMAZING. Very friendly and always there to help when you need or can't find something. I am personally a shy shopper and usually like to be left alone to go about my business. Shopping here was such a great experience. Not only was there always someone around if I had a question, but they respect you and your need for space, they also are almost ALWAYS happy to help + they show it! If I could give more stars I would. Definitely one of my top 3 favourite shops I stopped in while on vacation in Sydney! :)

Just like all the other General Pants retail outlets they appear to be on top of the retail game as there is something there for everyone .The staff at the Bondi junction store are very warm and helpful as I think they would be at all their other outlets. So if you need a new pair of jeans shirts or shoes at a fair price they are worth looking at. Always some articles are on sale.

The music in this store has gotten so bad, I came in on a Saturday with my friends and the whole hour that we were in there the only songs we heard were overplayed Tiktok songs and songs about breakups and getting boyfriends. Not what I want to be listening to when shopping with my friends, The store used to have such a fun high energy.

Went in to try a pair of Converse for size so that my husband could get me a pair for Christmas but the guy serving us was so friendly and helpful that I decided to get them straight away as I didn't want him to miss out on a sale.

Always nice and helpful staff! Not a big fan of the recent music though, I used to go in there a lot and the staff always picked music that brought on the good vibes. Recommendation is to bring back staff-picked music!

Came in looking for some birkenstocks in a specific size and they did not have them but the friendly staff at this location were more than happy to help me and have them sent to my home! Thank you !!!!

Everytime I go to General Pants at Bondi Junction I am always welcomed, the customer service is amazing and all the staff are extremely helpful. The only general pants I go!

‘Generally their stuff’s are pretty general. Not all the pants are majorly general. But Overall it’s a very General shop with a lot of general pants

I take an hour out of my day to make the trip after confirming they are open till 7pm, and they decide to close early …

If you need clothes, this is the place to go. Great selection. Excellent service. Good pricing, not costly.
