Had a work function here and we had a brilliant time. Booked a package including bowling, arcade, drinks and food and it was a good per person price. We had a big variety of food (3 different pizzas, Sausage rolls, pies, chippies, burgers) and it was all delicious, especially the sliders were everyone's favourite. All the staff I had encountered was very nice. I got the same cocktail made by 3 different bartenders throughout the night and they all made them taste the exact same level of deliciousness which was great. One of the bartenders said it was the first time he had ever made the Special K, well he certainly did a great job! By the way the Special K is the best cocktail I've ever had anywhere, I love it! I'm deducting one star because of 2 things, 1. around 9pm the kitchen and bar on the bottom floor had closed and staff started to bring in all the tables from the outside/started getting ready to close even though they're open till 11pm and we didn't feel welcome anymore, like they wanted the leftover people to leave so we headed down the road to STRIKE to continue having a good time. Until then we did enjoy ourselves. I like this location better in regards of it having 2 floors and a slide but my 2nd issue is the parking outside the Frankston store is pretty much non existing. Anyway, good place :)

My daughter and 9 of her friends celebrated her birthday here last night and it was fantastic. The booking process and communication leading up to the day was great with all of my questions answered promptly and basically nothing for me to do except arrive with a cake and that's it. Upon arrival we had the cake stored in the fridge for us, introduced to our party host Hayley (who was amazing) and she explained everything to us. The kids had so much fun playing arcade games for 45 minutes, enjoyed pizza and chips (which were both pretty tasty) and cake to finish. They spent so much time going down the slide from the top floor to the bottom floor and they all had a ball. Hayley was excellent and also the manager (I'm sorry, I can't recall his name) was great! Proper customer service, friendly and fun. Thanks to the team, my daughter had a great time!

Nice place to take the lil ones during school holidays and during the day time wouldn't recommend taking them ones on weekends or week nights though as people tend to get drunk and we all know what happens when music and alcohol mix nothing but trouble comes from it but also the music is a little loud but the games and atmosphere other then those 2 factors are really great lots of things to do also currently there adding 4 different simulated golfing which I believe is a must to try out. the food I had the calamari which was sensational also had the cheese a d garlic bread very well made couldn't complain about the food . Service was nice although a little smile once in a while wouldn't hurt.

Good local venue to us everything is great except for the price of food. HOWEVER the food is of good quality our group had a bit of everything the fish is not frozen cooked fishes it appears to taste and be high quality fish. Games are well priced with deals and the bar downstairs is of great quality. Drinks on tap a bit average but acceptable and tenpin bowling is a great touch. We where there on a Monday and the atmosphere was nice I'd imagine on weekends it would be fairly busy. Staff is amazing and of great service. Clean and tidy toilets with baby facilities.

I came here with my partner and kids on the 12th we normally get the garlic and cheese pizza from there the place was empty on a week day and when I ordered my food couple minutes later I get told in a really rude tone that the chef won't cook your garlic and cheese pizza you have to another pizza or something else so we just got our stuff and left and went next door to the corner restaurant and the service and food was 100x better. I Definitely don't recommend this place

Fish and chips and pizza were well done. Staff are lovely, servicevis fast. Music is definitely too loud over dinner!! Cheese garlic pizza had horrible cheese. Kids enjoyed the games.

A wonderful place for an evening of fun. It was a little bit noisy but there were so many different activities for all us to enjoy. Early teens to 60 years there something for us all to enjoy. Bowling, arcade games, food and more.
