Asked for a quote for a rekeying a lock, was told that they would have to come out to my house despite me sitting in the parking lot with the lock I needed rekeyed in my pocket. Just showing up to my house would cost me 25 bucks, and they wouldn't give me an estimate without seeing the lock first. I said if they could keep it under 50 bucks they would beat the cheapest set of kwikset pins I can buy off of amazon and do it myself, said he would check and hung up the phone, never got a call back. Ace down the street charged me 35 bucks, took the lock in their storefront, had it done in less than an hour. Use actual professionals rather than these dudes who want to charge you just for getting a person out to your house to give you what I expect is a high pressure sales pitch. EDIT: The owner has asked for more details, but I have no way to respond. It's like he saw the 1 star review, did not read any further, and decided to make it look like he was doing something. There is no further information to give, they have a storefront, refuse to use it, and will not give you a ballpark estimate for even the simplest of jobs until after they have charged you and have a sales/service person at your house. This, combined with the response feels rather scummy in my opinion.

We bought an aftermarket smart key for our car and needed it programmed along with getting the emergency key cut. We called to inquire about their services mid-morning and they called us back within an hour to set up an appointment same day. They arrived early afternoon and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Cost was a little less than going to a dealer and did not have to take the time to drive to a dealer and make an appointment with them. I would recommend them for the service.

This is just another fake locksmith service aggregator franchise chain business where you just get some dispatcher that route to some random mobile locksmith, not even a true locksmith I needed a key made for a lock they said they can't make keys for locks. Unfortunately this is some sort of popular franchise type business that people are doing these days or you can't even get a hold of a real locksmith you just get some internet based company that brokers delete to somebody.

I am so glad I didn’t go to the local Ford dealership to have this done. The gentleman who showed up was courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. Within 10 minutes of arriving, he had a second fob for my 2017 Ford Fusion programmed as well as the emergency key cut..in 10 minutes! The price was definitely right and it’s probably half the cost of what you’d pay at a dealership. I highly recommend this business and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Guy was friendly and did the work fast. Price was high. Was charged a $25 service fee. Didn't understand that when I was spending $300 with him and was not told that when he gave me pricing. I should of got quotes first cause other places were less expensive when I checked. I checked afterwards. I would definitely recommend getting quotes before you have someone come re key your home locks.

I choose this place because it’s near and has lots of good reviews for reasonable price. I locked my key inside my car. It took 25mins for the guy come, the guy was not onsite as I expected which is fine. The service was fast and okay. Just the price is out of my mind, 140 dollars! I should asked the price before I call. Stupid me made so many mistakes in one day!

Saar was a great technician. He arrived promptly and quickly got into my car without any damage. My car is not an easy car to program but he was able to have the job done in less than 10 mins. Excellent service! Saar arrived within 15 minutes, re-keyed two locks and a deadbolt within 20 minutes, and was extremely customer service oriented. He answered all of my questions and even made sure that my garage door and front door keys matched. If I never need locksmith services again, definitely going back to Get Locksmith.

I lost my key and this company got here quicker than AAA. They also charged less than AAA. Josh was the technician and he was friendly AND had my new key fob programmed in less than 10 minutes. I lost my keys downtown, he came to my car that was in a parking garage and quickly unlocked my car and made me a new key. From the time he arrived it was maybe 15 minutes. Very nice and professional. Good price as well! Would 100% recommend!
