Ordered the chicken Parma with the creamy mushroom and garlic sauce. Cheese not properly cooked. That being said it was ok. Main reason for low score however is due to all but 2 staff NOT wearing face masks and the two who were did not wear them correctly. Sad to see a business not following public health measures and putting both staff and customers at risk of catching Covid. The food is definitely not good enough to risk catching Covid. Hi team at get sliced, unfortunately I do not have face book to reply to you directly. I was there on Saturday the 2nd of October at around 7:45pm. As for exempt staff only 2 out of your staff had masks including the kitchen staff. Feel free to review your footage it will back up what I am saying. As for the 1 star, it is justified for not following public health orders as your staff were non compliant and putting customers and staff at risk especially at a time when we are experiencing our highest Covid case levels since the pandemic started. Business should take this seriously and clearly your staff did not. Also thankyou for informing me about contacting the health department. That is a good idea. Additionally it was the store in high street melton and my review is of all aspects of my interaction with your store. and to make a claim based on EXEMPT staff i witnesses all staff in kitchen with no masks, three people around the counter and only 1 wearing a mask and she only pulled it up to serve me, 2 staff in scoops 1 with a mask pulled down UNDER her nose and the other with no mask.

We were greeted straight away as we walked in with smiles from all the staff members, everything was easy to read, our pizza was cooked to perfection with plenty of toppings. We highly recommend coming here weather ur alone or with ur entire family ❤️❤️

Disgusting pizzas !!!! Wanted to try get sliced pizzeria for the first time, I saw the prices (overpriced) I thought to myself they should be good for the price even to add on things was expensive !!! Sloppy couldn’t even pick it up without the toppings falling off didn’t even taste good!!! Tell the workers to learn how to cut pizzas because they won’t even cut !! I had a slice. My wife did too, and I told the kids don’t even bother. Through them straight into the bin. What a waste of $90. If there was a negative star button, definitely -5

Do yourself a favour and head down to Get Sliced. I used to always only go to Ruby's or Ajay's, but since having pizza from Get Sliced, I have been converted. And it's not just their pizzas, their pasta's and chips are also amazing (I haven't ordered anything else from there so can't comment). Eli and his team always put 110% into their food and customer service. They have missed a garlic bread here and there, but a simple message to their Facebook page and it is placed on your account for your next order. Will continue to head here weekly.

Didn’t really appreciate the pricing, $3 extra just for feta turning an already $16 pizza into $19 and then expect to pay a surcharge if you try to pay card, not really great when the pizza is expensive enough as is, could have probably moved past all that though if it wasn’t for the attitude I was given when served, not a great first time experience. Something positive I could add is that the quality was above average but not by that much seeing it was just traditional pizza. Crust was soft and nice, not crunchy or overly puffy.

We are regular customers that last night had the worst experience worst pizza was un edible . Absolutely soaked drowned in oil no way any one could eat this . Left awful taste in mouth of oil . Left on kitchen counter it’s gross . I’m shocked standards changed so much . Seems like either someone different is cooking because it’s horrible . We won’t return . I won’t be ordering here again .

Absolute ripoff, I ordered 4 pizzas to pick for $13 each(deal they have available) and when I got the pizzas they charged me $16 per pizza. Asked them for the reason and she replied I had to ask for the deal on the phone or they are not smart enough to know they have such a deal available in the menu. And refused to refund the $12 overcharge. She definitely got a good tip for herself. first and last time getting pizza from them.

Pasta lovers need to order the Paula's Special *chef's kiss When ordering delivery, the drivers have been super friendly and even bring the EFT machine out which is super handy. I wouldn’t go to this pizza store… surely you can find a cheaper pizza shop in Melton that would actually check the quality of the product they are providing to their customers. The pizza I received had burnt capsicum and they charge you

100% best pizza and nuggets in MELTON!!!! Staff are amazing and quick at deliveries, always rock up earlier then told. Food is always fresh and still hot when delivered, and taste amazing too, would not go anywhere else in Melton :)

The pizza was salty and very minimal cheese and had asked for extra. There was also no BBQ sauce on a meat lovers. Just strange really. I used to love the other shop but it really has gone down hill. Disappointed.

They are great pizzas however and would love to give them 5, but every time I order delivery takes over 1hr. Really need to get on top of that. It puts me off ordering because it takes ages.

Got the meat lovers and it was great. Amazing toppings, made super quick. The guy serving me was friendly. 10/10 will ve going back. Can't provide a photo coz I demolished it real quick.
