I must confess, though, that he did offer me a chair at the car park behind the shop while I was attending a work-related conference call. Talk about excellent customer service! Would give these guys 10 stars if google had the capability! I first went into the store with a few variants in mind. Chris spent a lot of time with me so I could narrow it down. He even went and built another bike for me so I could try the correct bike. Even just chatting to the boys in the store, they really knew their stuff. Spared me technical jargon that would just confuse me, and worked with me until I finally decided. (Yep I was a little painful!) I'd been to a lot of other bike stores, and Giant Ramsgate is hands down the best one I've been to. Thanks for all your help gents, loving the bike, it's been a long time coming. Cheers Mick

This is the best bike shop I've ever been to. Chris, Paul and all the staff know their stuff and go to unbelievable lengths to make sure everything is A OK. When I bought my e-gravel bike at the end of 2022 they located the last one in Australia for me and then provided a great deal. Ten months later I returned for the three month service (happily travelling two hours from the south coast) and they completed the service for free in record time. Totally trustworthy, a must to purchase from to ensure a lifetime of great service for your bike.

The service from Giant Ramsgate has been fantastic, I’m a fan of supporting my local bike shop. They ordered a specific bike and regularly contacted me to let me know what was happening and expected delivery date. On arrival at the shop, time was taken to fit the bike to my preferred riding position, while taking into account a slightly more aggressive riding position compared to my previous bike. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for sale and service.

I had the best experience, spoke with the owner Chris who was so helpful with my purchase for my adult son, who knows exactly what he wanted & Chris ordered one from Melbourne for him.
