Most people would say I'm lucky: it took nearly 15 years of homeownership to require an insurance claim on my house. My relatively blissful ownership experience ended one July day, when a sudden hail storm affected a small area of Indianapolis. As the hail began smashing my roof, I knew I was in trouble. Having never needed roof work, I wasn't sure whom to hire. Several of my neighbors had turned to Gladiator Roofing and Restoration, and they were greatly satisfied. One day, the company's general manager happened to be in the neighborhood, so I struck up a conversation. It was the beginning of a great business relationship. My account was immediately turned over to Shane, who immediately determined I was in need of a new roof. He walked me through the insurance claims process. Little did I know what a headache that would become. For brevity's sake, I was put through the proverbial "ringer" by my insurance company. Despite months of argument with them, Shane and his team fought for me the entire time. Shane told me many times, "I'm taking your claim personally," and "what your insurance company is doing to you is wrong." Considering Gladiator Roofing and Restoration was doing repairs on multi-million dollar homes, my relatively small roof claim was hardly a source of major revenue for the company. It is for that reason I truly believed him. Once the insurance claim was approved, Shane's crew immediately went to work on my home. Everything was done well and exactly on time. I hardly even noticed the crew had been at the house. The company even came out on a Sunday to repair my storm-damaged fence, which the insurance company refused to cover. Gladiator's follow-up has been tremendous, and they did not take a dime until they knew I was satisfied. No one gets excited to hire a roofing and restoration company. However, when the unfortunate happens, I highly recommend Gladiator Roofing and Restoration!

I am on my second home and this is my second roof replacement. While I have no real complaints about the company that replaced the roof on my first home I decided to shop around more than I did 10 years ago. And I’m so glad I did. Right away I could see the difference between the companies and how Gladiator takes care of their customers, from the responsiveness of my estimator to the speed and skill with which the job was completed. From our first meeting Shane Hawk and Gladiator Roofing made me feel like a priority. The diagnosis wasn’t ideal but not unexpected as I had three different roofing companies who had already told me the same thing. And while I could have hired any one of those companies (including the one who did my first roof) Gladiator was the clear stand out. Right away I felt comfortable with Shane as he dealt with me honestly and fairly and worked with me to get the most I could out of my money. Throughout the whole process he was just a quick text or call away, answering my questions, helping me with decisions, and keeping me informed. When all the decisions were made they moved quickly and my new roof was installed in one day, just a couple of weeks after the go ahead (we had to wait for good weather). While I could not be home during the install, Shane made sure the work and clean up was up to his standards, I felt that he treated my house as he would his own. My neighbors, who work from home, told me how impressive they were to watch and how evident their attention to detail was. They also told me how much they appreciated the care they put into clean up as our properties are very close. When they asked if I would recommend them for their own roof I wholeheartedly did so. While I hope to never need another roof, I know exactly who to call if I do.

Had 2 Homes and 2 outbuildings roofed in Nov 2020 due to hail. Received no paperwork about warranty or anything else after repeatedly asking for paperwork. Damaged large window in house with debris or other negligence and caused large crack. This is an approx. 5ft x 4 ft picture window over front door. David came to my house and offered me $500 for damage or to have window looked at and replaced. Obviously I chose replace. Sent out a sub contactor who said window was frame rotted. Ordered window from Lowes and had installed. That was $3000 approx. total cost window and install. Window frame was not rotted per installer and was a vinyl clad and in good shape. Also damaged yard lights from debris and pulling them out of ground once they damaged a few. Was told they would pay for this also. Bought lights gave them receipt. Another $100 damage. They hire subs not direct employees and have no control over them. Caught one sub standing in my gutter on out building. Just an overall terrible experience. I would not hire them again and advise others to hire someone else. They are not a contractor I would recommend at all or trust after my experience.

I would just like to say that we were so lucky to have Gladiator Roofing & Restoration stop by our home after a severe hail storm. In particular, sales rep Andrew Beeson who handled our entire claim from day one to completion. What a wonderful rep, as helpful, knowledgeable and as kind a person can be! He took over the entire claim and immediately worked directly with our insurance, dealing with the claim process, shingles & gutter replacement. Something you don't often find is someone who gets back to you with any concerns immediately!!! Andrew did no matter how many times or how small the concern. The work was superior. We could not be happier with the quality, roof replacement and gutters plus a repair to a bay window roof section that was previously an eyesore ... Andrew and his superiors, plus his team figured out the best way to improve it to our 100% satisfaction. This is a great company who knows what they are doing.

Jim D. New Palestine Indiana. My home suffered significant hail damage in June 2021. After a lot of research, I decided to hire Gladiator Roofing to do the repair. Their website was very informative and had good reviews. Their sales rep, Lillian, did an outstanding job. She keep me up to date every step of the way and was in constant contact with me. My insurance company tried to make things difficult but Gladiator worked with them until an agreement was reached. Their crew was very friendly and hard working. Clean up after the job was very good. There were, however, a few problems along the way. Gladiator did not stop working with me until I was 100% satisfied. My only complaint would be that they have someone on the job site that can communicate to the homeowner if they have a question or concern. Overall, Gladiator did a very good job. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

You know the old saying; I liked this "product or service" so much that I bought the company! Well, I didn't buy the company, but did the next best thing and work there on the side now. I'm a realtor and deal with many companies that do roofing, renovation, and all the stuff in between. This company is exceptional in work, but more important, backing it with solid service and communication. They have "YEARS" of experience in dealing with difficult insurance claims and meeting any budget. Every one that is employed there has one goal, to be the best, and it shows with their work ethic, craftsmanship, service and attitude. Don't take my word for it, if you need renovation, roofing, windows, siding, or gutters call them and see for yourself.

Gladiator was super professional to work with. I contacted several companies and they were first to contact me and even came out for an inspection the same day so responsiveness was superb. Dave Colby was my rep and he was outstanding to work with. Appreciated his honesty as he originally was unsure if I needed a new roof or if the insurance would cover a full replacement. Despite that I moved forward and he was able to not only help to get full replacement on the roof but also new upgraded downspouts and gutters plus through in some upgraded shingles. Work was completed in a single day and looks great. No issues still after couple of months. Would highly recommend.

Gladiator Roofing replaced our roof and gutters following a storm this past May. They finished the job in a very timely manner. The owners and all their employees were very responsive to our needs and always with kindness and concern for their customers. Months after the work was complete, we found a minor issue with one of the gutters. With one phone call and without hesitation, the owners came to inspect. They agreed with the issue and in a very short period of time, we had a crew to fix the issue in the middle of January. We have recommended them to others will continue to use them for our home restoration needs.

They were professional, on time and did the work that was needed with care and full expertise. It was a pleasure doing business with Dave, Shannon and Chad. Dave was honest and not high pressure which I appreciated. Chad and Shannon did the repairs showing great care for my flower beds and cleaning up when they were done. Our gutters work perfectly now thanks to them. I would not think twice about using them again and recommending them to anyone needing roof/gutter repair. They will be my go to company for future needs.

These guys are the absolutely best - they are amazing at what what they do and made my house look brand new. They were patient with me and my indecisiveness and helped guide me in my decisions. They’ve helped almost my entire neighborhood, which should tell you everything. Most importantly when things got hard for me this week they rallied around me like family...they became family. I’ll especially forever be grateful for Dave. There are not enough kind words. You want a genuine crew and leader, these are your guys.

Lilly Hardey went over and beyond what we expected. We had new roof, gutters and garage door replacement. From the time we found damage from hail storm she was there to meet our adjustor, the roofers and gutters being replaced. We had to ask for a weekend on our garage door replacement. She was there and so was the contractor. No questions asked. They did an excellent job. We have had roof repairs in past. Was not a good experience. This one was. Thank you Lilly and Gladiator.

Brandon Coyle and Gladiator Roofing did an outstanding job helping me on numerous items with a remodel project on my apartment building. I had them replace gutters, install bathroom vents, repair siding, facia, and soffit, and insulating the tower. Brandon is always there as soon as I need him. He’s professional and great to work with. Gladiator does out standing work and will definitely use them in the future.

Awesome experience! Our project manager, Bryan, was absolutely outstanding and honestly made the entire project. We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. We had a corner pergola put in with a swing hanging from it. Bryan was on site throughout making sure everything was going smoothly and he actually also did a ton of the work...even after hours! We will use them again for sure and highly recommend.

Very responsive and quick to address our needs. Excellent workmanship. Honest that repair could be made to roof when another vendor insisted the whole back side of the roof needed to be replaced (roof is only 9-years old). Because of that, we also had them do a screen replacement for our screened in porch. Work was tricky b/c of the arched trim, but was removed and replaced with no damage or defects.

Shawn and the Gladiator Team were fantastic. He was extremely prompt in providing the necessary information and updates, without being asked. The workers were very professional and left the area as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. Our Church project was quite large and they walked us thru the entire process. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have my roof replaced and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The insurance company made several mistakes that cause this process to be long and painful. Amber and her team not only patiently waited, but helped moving the process along even when it wasn’t their job to do so. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at replacing their roof

He should just let the women run entire company. THEY'RE the only ones with communication skills. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with from contractors. I wouldn't recommend this company unless the women were doing the work too!!! He has a nice fleet of trucks though.
