I had been a loyal client of Glam Beauty Bar for approximately 5 years and had mainly been going there for spray tanning by the lovely Nicole. Five stars all the way to Nicole for both her skill in spray tan application and her warm and friendly persona. I recently decided I wanted to try the lash extensions which are done by another therapist and have had them refilled a couple of times since then and unfortunately due to the recent flooding in Maribyrnong and for other reasons relating to the floods (which were personal) I had decided I didn’t feel comfortable in travelling to my scheduled appointment ( I had confirmed the appointment the previous day not realising the extent of the road closures at that point)and when I called the following morning to explain this to the same lash therapist/owner I was met with nothing but a patronising attitude, lack of care and that I was an inconvenience to the business. I note, this was the first time in 5 years I had ever cancelled an appointment. And I note, I have absolutely no problems with the cancellation policy that is in place. Five stars for the lash application, but two stars for people skills and having a warm, friendly and caring attitude. How you speak to clients goes a long way and so does a bit of kindness! I am greatly disappointed to be writing this review but it is honest and fair from my experience and fair to say, I won’t be returning. Thank you Nicole for always providing me with a great experience and always being friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend you to anyone that visits Glam Beauty Bar.

I’ve been going to glam beauty bar for a few years now but sad to say that I won’t be returning after the way I was treated. Although I was happy with the quality of treatments, their customer service is horrible. I made an appointment but unfortunately had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I had an evening appointment and called as soon as they opened that same day to let them know i was unable to make it. I understand they have a 24 hour cancellation policy but there would be no difference if I called the night before as it was an evening appointment. The first person I spoke to said it was fine but then Nicole called me later to say I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee. I told her I didn’t want to pay for a service I wasn’t receiving and so she proceeded to say she would charge it to my account so that a fee would be waiting for me on my next appointment. She was incredibly rude and I told her if I was going to be treated like that I wouldn’t return and she said that’s fine. Ive had multiple appointments there over the years and never cancelled until now but clearly they don’t value loyal customers or care if they lose any. I have previously recommended this salon to so many people but will now be warning them to steer clear!

I've been going here every fortnight for the last 18+ months... Cannot fault this place at all. Gorgeous Salon, Great Staff, Excellent Service. Their eyelash extensions are great! I put mine through a lot (working in a kitchen) and they're always on point. My eyebrows have never looked better. My skin has never been clearer. I get my nails done occasionally and they always hold up very well. I've had spray tans and they last really well too - and when they fade it's always evenly. No scary patches. My IPL is getting fantastic results (much better than I expected as I'm relatively fair). I've even had my make-up done there and not only did it look fantastic, it held up so well through the night! They also have an awesome rewards system - I swear it feels like I get something for free every time I go in. Hands down the best beauticians in Melbourne. Love their work!!! Sidenote - easy to get to, heaps of parking.

Extremely poor customer service by a staff member who has apparently good reviews ( I don’t know how) I was late to the appointment due to bad weather and was asked to come at a later time during the day as soon as I stepped in. When I asked if she could be more accommodative , another kind staff member offered to take me in after 15 mins. Another client turned up late and the same staff member said it’s alright and took her in. I guess in bad weather everyone gets delayed to attend to things. We all know Treating all clients the same is important in any business. Her attitude, discriminating behaviour and the poor customer service is a recipe for disaster. I don’t know how she has got good reviews . I m confident that this is discriminating behaviour . Shame on you . I will never ever step into this place again and will advise all my friends to be aware of this kind of treatment.

Treatment is good, however when I went to pay I was told of the EFPOS minimum. I've come here previously and no issues and no EFPTOS limit was mentioned. I was told I should know about the limit but I mentioned that I can't know before coming up to pay. There's no sign displayed on the door and nothing mentioned on the website when I booked the appointment and paid the deposit. So how can I be expected to know? I said that it should be put on the website and was told no. I don't an issue with EFPTOS limits; what I have an issue with is poor messaging and an extremely rude tone. If you change terms of payment; then expect people to be surprised if they're given no notice before walking through the door.

It's always daunting moving into a new neighbourhood and having to find new doctors, dentists, grocers and......beauty services. However I got onto Glam Beauty pretty early on and they're now a staple in my life! My skin has never looked as good as what it does since having a skin care program through Glam, and the many compliments I receive can be accredited to Bianca and the team. From the products I use to the regular facials and dermaplanning, I trust Glam implicitly with my skin. They also do an amazing lash lift, using a special tint concotion of Bianca's - your lashes will thank you for it! You can feel super confident you're in safe and expert hands with the therapists at GBB!

I have been going to Glam Beauty Bar for over 6 years now and I can honestly say they are the friendliest and most professional team I have ever encountered in the beauty therapy industry. I have been seeing Bianca for eyelash extensions for years and am always so impressed by the quality of products she uses and how long a lash refill lasts. I also see both Bianca and Nicole for my waxing needs and have developed such a nice friendship with both of them over the years. I have had other treatments in the past such as massages, manicures and spray tans which I have not been disappointed with. I would highly recommend Glam Beauty Bar for all your Beauty Therapy needs.

I have had a couple of different facial treatments done at Glam by Nicole and Bianca and each time it was simply a true bliss. Both therapists are very gentle and professional, providing an amazing experience. Not only does my skin look much better, but I leave the salon refreshed and relaxed every single time. My eyebrows and eyelashes are as well in the hands of the girls from Glam and I´m very happy with them every time. I definitely highly recommend Glam Beauty Bar and each girl of the team as they are all welcoming, friendly and professional.

Very good costumer service and nice relaxing place..went in for a eyebrow tint and eyebrow wax.. unfortunately it did not fit me. ( yours response is desgrasfull if I paid for eye brow tint it’s should be done professionally.. so what I have dark eye brow if she is professional she should know what fit me I even paid more to have it waxed and even after the tint was not trusting her with my brows, people have dark or lighter brows there is always colors to match your brow colour.. don’t tell what star I should give it is up to me.

I have been getting all my beauty treatments (facials, waxing, tans, nails) and eyelash extensions (fortnightly) at Glam Beauty Bar for more than 7 years and I have always found the service to be excellent. The staff are all lovely and they are all skilled at what they do. Especially love my Dr Spiller facials, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lashes. The environment is clean and restful, and appointments always begin on time. I think they are reasonably priced and the loyalty programme is good value. Highly recommend Glam.

Bianca and the team at Glam are the only people I would trust with my lash extensions. I have been a client for a couple of years and have never been anything but 100% delighted with the lovely treatments; done with meticulous attention to detail. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and always accommodating with appointments and requests. Their approach is highly professional and they are always on time! The salon is scrupulously clean, beautifully presented and parking access plentiful. Highly recommended.

I discovered Glam Beauty Bar when I was given a gift certificate for my birthday one year and I'm so glad I did! The Clinical Peel leaves my skin looking fabulous everytime! Sometimes I get the seasonal facial with the Clinical Peel as an add on. One time I went shopping after have the facial/peel combo and a shop assistant commented my skin was actually glowing and it really was. Close to public transport and good prices, this is such a gem of a find. The staff and facilities are lovely. Definitely worth a visit!

The girls at glam are so calm and welcoming, making every experience enjoyable! I’ve been going here for years and have had all different treatments including waxing, henna brows, tanning, facials and lash lift and tint - they always do an amazing job and are so accomodating. Of note - Bianca revived my eyelashes with her gentle repair and lift technique after they were fizzled and ruined by a salon when I was travelling away. I could not be more thankful. I’ve been going to glam for 10 years. I don’t live close but happily travel to glam for their exceptional services and skill. Glam has such a nice and peaceful quality about it - it is always a pleasant experience. I always walk out feeling refreshed and reinvigorated. Bianca and Nicole never fail to deliver. They achieve consistent results every time and go above and beyond to cater to your needs. I couldn’t recommend Glam highly enough.

Nicole does an amazing job every time, explains my treatment and makes sure I am always comfortable, listens to my skin concerns and gives me options to help address these. Bianca is also always helpful with information re treatments offered in clinic. Very easy to change appointments whenever I needed to as I have a busy sched. Love this place and I am very picky with who I trust with my face!

I have attended Glam on a number of occasions for lash extensions, manicure, waxing and spray tanning. I have been incredibly happy with the results of all my appointments and will definitely consider using the salon for all of my beauty needs! My lashes were burnt when i last visited Glam Beauty Bar. I wasn't too angry as I understand that these things unfortunately happen. The manager of this beauty salon is absolutely awful and incredibly unprofessional and treated me as an inconvenience when i called up to discuss what I could do. This salon is all well and good until something goes wrong. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Last night I had a microdermabrasion with an add on and it was really fabulous! I have had many micros from beauticians around Moonee Ponds and did a quick Google search to find this place and decided to give it a go.
