Worst customer service skills in the history of business. Called the store to speak to a bloke who doesn't even listen when a customer is talking. I clearly asked for specific instructions, where the bloke does the complete opposite. I always order from here and I have never had an issue, sadly this will be my last time. Again I called the store to discuss the issue, same bloke on the phone said, "No you didn't say that you said this" Which is so far from the truth. He didn't even bother to listen to my first request. I don't know if he is the owner or a worker, but either one, he shouldn't answer the phone of he dosent know how to listen carefully. Will makesure that this issue is told to every local in Glenfield.

As far as I remember they are in the "wall of shame" or something like that, which is a list from the government that have every business that doesn't keep the minimum hygienic standards for food processing. I don't like staff, chicken roll is nice but I find a lot of cartilage in it, sweets are overpriced for their value, but rolls are very nice, cheaper icecream than convenience stores, once I heard a friend said that their coffee is nice.

Daylight robbery shop. Ban miehs have highest prices in the area and there isn't much on it. The shop front promotes EFTPOS inside and on the counter is right away a sign about surcharges. All veggies are looking expired. The box were they are kept looks to warm and all is mixed up and looks more like a hygiene issue. Good place to go if you want to learn how to assemble the cheapest pork roll and sell it for highest price. Never again.

A Vietnamese bread shop where sell coffee . They have a credit card surcharge for any cards payments . Lately I had bacon and egg and the bacon was a really cheap quality. Lots of fat.

Been here multiple times and tried their pies and rolls and they've consistently been great. The prices are also very fair and they put good amounts of meat into their rolls. My only issue is it gets really hot inside which sort of does drag the atmosphere down a bit, but I'm always willing to look past this.

You can't go wrong with the pork or chicken rolls here. Always fresh and the pâté Is to die for. Pies are good too on those cold mornings and of corse you can't go past a dessert. The match is one of my favourites Extremely friendly staff even though you know they have been up before the crack of dawn slaving away to make the freshly baked goodies!

you order over the phone a bacon and egg roll you get bacon and egg that’s been sitting there since the morning... rubber is an under statement and the bacon is just full of fat.... No effort or love put into the roll at all... I askd for fresh I still got rubbish it’s takes 2min to cook a fresh egg

If you go here honestly do not pass up the egg bacon and cheese pie best one I’ve had in my entire life recommend

I ordered from here via UberEats this morning. The value was excellent and the order was prepared perfectly. I can not overstate how good the value was. The bacon and egg rolls were perfect. You will definitely have a repeat customer here.

Loved the Banh Mi... have had 3 in very quick succession over the last week. The crispy pork Banh Mi is my go to. So good! My kids have enjoyed the sausage rolls and pies as well
