This is the second Global Bikes location at which I have purchased a bicycle. This time it was my first ever brand new mountain bike (2020 Specialized Fuse Comp 29...also recommended!!). I initially entered the store to window shop, knowing I wanted to check out some mountain bikes to make a purchase down the road. The staff member that helped did not put any pressure on to buy, and was especially helpful and patient as I asked all of my newbie questions. That point is especially important to me and is the primary basis of my 5 star review. I CANNOT STAND pressure sales tactics, impatience, and/or elitism. After an afternoon of research and sleeping on it overnight, I returned the next day to make the purchase and couldn't be happier. A couple of other quick positive notes: 1-I have since been back a few times for maintenance and all interactions have been great. The employees just rock and there doesn't seem to be the "elitist" attitudes you can find at some other shops. 2-Before I left after receiving my new bike, the staff went over some of the features and made sure the fit looked right. ...And two obligatory negative comments: 1-Upon replacing the stock pedals I discovered the originals were installed sans grease. I'm assuming this was done as most people replace the stock pedals immediately (I did not). 2-Since COVID struck the wait times for repairs have become extreme. I do understand we are in an unprecedented time and it would be difficult for any business to know the correct adjustments to make. Hoping it gets better in the future. The Ahwatukee Global Bikes is my go-to local bike shop (LBS). I’ve purchased my last two bicycles at Global, and I have my bikes serviced there, too. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. When I recently decided I was in the market for a new road bike, Doug helped me to identify the kind of riding I’d be doing, and he got me into the right size and style bike. I even managed to score my new Tarmac during the model-year-end clearnace sale, and Doug even recommended a slightly less-expensive model based on my needs. The new bike came with a $50 fit credit which covered a basic fitting. The fit was a cool experience. Doug took the time to understand my riding style. I got set up on the fluid trainer, and he carefully measured for seat and handlebar settings. I feel more comfortable and more efficient in the saddle after his adjustments. The service guys I’ve worked with are also exceptional. When I needed to have my rear hub repacked, Adrian patiently showed me how the bearings worked. When I picked up my new Tarmac, Evin helped me with last-minute adjustments, and when I had to improvise my own adjustments to the front derailleur, he was quick to double check (and, thankfully, correct) my work. When I needed a cheap replacement rear wheel for the backup bike, Kevin helped me find a rebuilt part that didn’t break the bank. Aside from the warranty and the fit credit, my new bike also comes with service for life, and that’s quite a deal! I think it’s important to support my LBS, and I’m glad that Global Bikes is there.

I made a phone call to Global bikes in Phoenix. Doug answered. I told him what I was looking for. He said, I coincidentally have three of those in three different colors. I drove to the store directly, upon entering the store, Doug, recognized me from the earlier conversation and called me by name and said, “ let me show you the 3 bikes!”. He said, “you pick which one you like and we’ll let you take it for a test drive,”which I did. He then took my bike to the one mechanic who adjusted and made ready. I also browsed the store for additional accessories. Doug was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After I purchased the items, he handed them to the mechanic who installed them. I took the bike out for another test drive, made one more adjustment to the brakes and I was loading my truck with my new bike. I was impressed with the service, it was after 5 on a Saturday, three guys working the store, multiple people coming in looking and buying products. It was very smooth and efficient. Upon returning home, I told my wife about the experience and we will be back to buy her a bike very shortly. Thanks guys for the efforts during Covid and Saturday that made my experience great!

Went with my wife to Bike Masters to outfit myself with a bike and all the needed accessories to restart cycling. Left disgusted after the staff completely ignored us even though there were no other customers in the store and there is no way they could not have seen us (not a big store). Went to the next-closest store which was Global Bikes, not knowing anything about them. What a difference! All the staff were friendly and attentive and happy to answer any questions we might have had. We dealt primarily with Doug B who was willing to work within my budget and spend whatever time was necessary to ensure I felt comfortable. The atrocious service at Bike Masters turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Also should point out that I was initially looking to buy online. For me that would have been a mistake because the advice of experienced cyclists was much needed, and now I have a store to go to for free tuneups and knowledge sharing.

Stephen was extremely thoughtful and had my safety foremost in his thoughts when repairing my old Trek bicycle from 1991. He oiled my bell so that it would ring again and he even placed a metallic blue brake wire cap at the end of the wire so that it matched the new metallic blue pedals I purchased. He understood that my bike was my only method of transportation to and from the workplace and made a concentrated effort to get the repairs completed before close of business on Sunday. All of his ideas improved the look and operation of the bike and I will definitely be returning to Global Bikes & E-bikes in the future. They have an impressive selection of accessories. You’re actually spoiled for choice there, which is odd because how many of our local bike shops told us during the pandemic before they permanently closed down that they couldn’t get any new shipments? This bike shop is different because they’ve clearly got connections!

I went to see Doug at the Ahwatukee location for a bike fitting. Doug was pleasant and engaging, asked tons of questions, took my feedback and made sure that the fitting was a thorough and detailed process. He made changes to my cleats, the seat position, the seat height, the handlebar rotation and neck position. I quickly tested the changes before leaving and have a follow up planned after a few more rides. The first two rides have been great. The changes have made biking more comfortable and enjoyable. I have been to the Ahwatukee Global Bikes location for a number of small items in the past and they have always been polite, helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend the store and I can't recommend a bike fitting with Doug strongly enough. If you want your bike fitted so you get the most out of your bike, go see Doug.

My husband and I purchased 2 Mountain bikes from Doug at the Ahwatukee Global store. A couple of newbies, Doug spent a lot of time sizing and discussing options to make sure we purchased bikes that best met our budget and expectations. Not a lot of sales pressure, just a lot of passion for the sport. When we picked up our bikes, James made sure the bikes were set up properly. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared some tips and basic knowledge/priorities to get us started. We look forward to his rides!! We were very impressed with the all around customer service and support we received at Global Bikes and look forward to being active members of the Global family, attending their workshops, rides and skills clinics. Their dedication and enthusiasm for the cycling community is outstanding!

I'm a newbie to mountain biking, so there's been a lot to learn and a lot to buy since my first ride this past January. The guys at Ahwatukee Global Bikes have been so helpful as my new passion took off. Brandon gave me so much guidance for my bike purchase as well as all the safety gear that I needed. He continues to be my go-to guy for all things mountain biking. James has shared his vast knowledge of biking with me and recommended lots of bike gear to me over the past several months. I also love joining in on the Nacho ride that he leads. Doug is always friendly and helpful whenever I'm at the shop. Vince never ceases to impress me with his mechanical know-how and assistance for bicycle mechanics and upkeep. Five stars without hesitation to the amazing crew in Ahwatukee!

The Global Bike Ahwatukee staff is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the sport of cycling. I purchased two bicycles earlier this year, one for me and a second for my son and James M. fit us perfectly for our needs and within our budget. The buying experience was fabulous, but the better part of the experience comes with all the organized rides that Global Bikes hosts. The ride leaders and folks who ride are all friendly and extremely supportive. This does not have to be a "buy a bike and be done" experience, though it can be if you wish. That they add the extra effort to be advocates for the sport of cycling and to arrange means for people to get together to enjoy the sport is the most impressive aspect of what Global Bikes offers!!

I was in town for a short weekend and wanted to get a ride in at South Mountain. I rented an Enduro Elite from Global and had a great experience all around. The bike was a top notch build and was in great condition. The staff had it tuned up and ready to go for me so pickup was a breeze and I was able to get out on the trails immediately. The shop is located about a mile from the trail head so I was able to rent and ride, conveniently without a car. James and the rest of the staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get set up with a great route. I would highly recommend renting from them if you're visiting and the shop seemed really great and would be an awesome LBS if you're local with a great selection/inventory.

I visited countless local bike shops while researching to buy a new mountain bike - and Global Bikes in Ahwatukee is the best by far! James took the time to answer every question I had - and helped make sure I ended up with the right bike to fit my goals. However the phenomenal service didn't end once I made a purchase. Global offers beginner meet up rides that include tips and guidance, in addition to free bike maintenance workshops and free tune-ups for life. I'm really enjoying the first month with my new Stumpjumper. I always appreciate outstanding customer service and Global Bikes ranks at the top of my list. Everyone in the shop is helpful and friendly. I will be a customer for life!!

I bought my first mountain bike from this location over two years ago and have been hooked ever since. during my first visit, James explained to me about the group rides so I can become more experienced and meet more people who enjoy the hobby! Since then i've been on the Nacho SOMO ride, as well as enjoying the gravel rides on Wednesday nights. (And bought a road bike!) James is also really understanding of my needs and will recommend things like a new bike seat so I don't have pain when I ride. (Made a HUGE difference btw) Oh! Also, they always make sure the bicycles and accessories fit properly to avoid injury during rides. Thanks Global Bikes!

Very happy with my tune up. Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. I hope to join some of the group rides that head out from this location as I'm new to the area. 6/4/2023 Update: I still go to Global Bikes. I'm closer to the one off of the 101 now, so I don't get over to the Ray Rd. location anymore. Both locations are fantastic. I go annually for a tune up and have purchased some accessories, as well. I'm hoping they get a North Scottsdale location some day. Their quality of service is better than the shops in the area. They'd likely steal some business from them. I'm still driving from North Scottsdale though. It's well worth it.

Joe the manager at this location is a solid guy. He exchanged a light I purchased on-line from a trek store in Florida. The light was used and was missing a part. I didnt even buy it from Joes store and he still exchanged it no questions asked. It was my first time going to global bikes and I can say I was truly impressed from the service and nice bikes they have for sale to the layout and cleanliness of the shop. Joe, John and the rest of the crew at global bikes in chandler are awesome and know how to treat people. I give this place 5 stars all day and I recommended it to anyone for your biking essentials!

I love this shop. The fact that it is so close to home is only a plus. I have purchased four bikes from this store. That alone should tell you something about the level of service they offer here. But it is the staff that really stands out. Doug and James always have time to help out, offer advice, and swap war stories. I have been on road rides with Doug and mountain bike rides with James and these guys know how to do it. Not only do they know the technical aspects of the sport, but they really do everything they can to share and nurture their love of the sport with others. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have always had great experiences purchasing my bikes at Global Bikes but this time exceeded my already high expectations. I came into the shop a few weeks ago with an intention of training for a tri and not having any background or knowledge. Doug stepped right in and provided guidance and extreme patience. I didn't leave with a bike that day but he kept in contact and when I was ready to purchase he gave me all the information and tools I needed to feel great about my purchase and even gave great training advice. Great service. Low pressure on the sales. And very willing to answer questions and take their time to help you find the right product. Joe spent quite a bit of time helping me find the right bike over a few different trips to the store, and in the end I definitely ended up with the right bike. James the GM is a great guy full of information and has no problem sharing his product experience, as well as Trail info. John is full of gear knowledge and an excellent mechanic. He's definitely answered a ton of questions for me over the last year and is an asset to the shop.

I have been 2 miles away from this shop for 20 years, as a DIY mechanic and mtn biker, and usually avoid Global Ahwatukee based on my past experience. Today I had a professional courtesy bottom bracket request that I could not get handled at my normal go-to shops, and despite being pretty busy on the first cool day of the year, Jacob and Thomas nailed it. Total time invested, 20 minutes including the drive. I dont know what has changed at this place, but it has changed. Thank you Global for restoring faith in a doubtful world. I will spread the word.

Had a minor issue with my road bike. This would be my first visit to the shop. The personnel here were friendly and personable. All work was completed in a reasonable time frame. I say that because of the workload they were experiencing when I first walked in. Let’s just say, this shop is busy for a reason. Affordable pricing on repairs and maintenance. And after walking around the store for a bit; looking over selection and price, I will be coming back and getting my next bike here as well. Thank you Global - you earned a new customer.

Great experience with Tom, salesman. Had some trepidation walking in the door at first, couple of years since I had a bike but he made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. Awesome service and I bought a great street bike. He kept bringing up relevant things that I wanted to know about bikes before I could think of them! Stopped in a couple weeks ago to look at some bikes. Felt great talking to Jacob with no pressure sales tactics; just good informative suggestions. For this reason I decided to come back and make my very first bike purchase here. Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable with the process as I’m very much new to mountain biking. Another reason why I chose this place is their tune up plan. Definitely a must for the new riders. Would highly suggest this place. Purchased a Trek Rail 5 E bike, can’t wait to use it.

I just purchased a bike from Global bikes in Ahwatukee. Doug was patient and accommodating to my questions. He helped me get set up on the bike and figure out sizing. I am from out of town and they promptly boxed the bike so I could get it shipped home. Everyone was knowledgeable without being condescending and extremely professional. Doug specifically was great to deal with. I am picky with bikes and he helped me get the right setup. I visit the area often and will continue to spend my money there.

All the staff is very friendly. Doug spent a lot of time to help me buy bikes for me and my sons. He kept my budget in mind; we got very nice bikes at an affordable price. Doug continues to be extremely helpful. I am new to biking and his knowledge, advice, and help is invaluable. James was also helpful when I went in to buy a new tire pump; he explained that I could buy adapters at $2 apiece. They're all very helpful and don't sell you want you don't need. I'm a customer for life.

I recently went to global bikes on Ray rd in ahwatukee to look at E mountain bikes. Dillon showed me a wide variety of bikes that might suit me, and pointed out the sale discounts. I tried 3 different bikes in their back parking lot and received excellent advice from Dillon based on his many years of riding and which bike might suit me best. I chose an excellent Trek bike at a very good sales price and had a great ride the following day. The sales experience was easy and relaxing.

Super service. On three diferent occasions I have had quick repairs , bent derailleur twice and suspension linkage repaired. Each time when I came in without an appointment the tech stopped what he was doing and attended to my bike. They could have sold me a new derailleur but instead took the time to repair mine at a very reasonable cost. With the suspension, they searched spare parts for 20 minutes to find a bolt that fit and only charged five dollars. Great bike shop!

Had an awesome experience with Jason and the guys at the shop! Was in Phoenix on business and rented a specialized epic for a ride while out here. Caught an uber to the wrong shop and instead of sending me to the correct store, Jason the general manager hooked me up with the same bike and fixed me up without hesitation! Also gave me a great route to ride and water for the ride! Bike was smooth as can be and route was awesome! Great customer service! Made my day!

I took in 2 bikes to be serviced. Global bikes was able to service both bikes in less than a week - I expected a longer wait due to the holiday season. The tech at global bike was friendly and didn’t try to up-sale me anything I didn’t need. He listened to my concerns and quickly assessed the bikes gave me a very reasonable quote and said he’d call when they were done. I’m very happy with their service and always find great accessories for biking in the shop.

Awesome bike shop, Awesome people, extremely knowledgeable and super cool bikes. Doug, James, Kevin and Adrian have been extremely helpful without hesitation time after time. As the result both me and my wife have 7 bikes, all Specialized and all purchased from Ahwatukee store. I definitely recommend this location to anyone for any cycling needs, whether a beginner or a pro. We also love to go on various road or mountain group rides with Doug and James.

We bought our bikes in July. Everyone has been wonderful and very helpful. We love our bikes! First ride with James today and it was Awesome!! We really enjoyed the ride! And he is very helpful with teaching the proper riding techniques. We will definitely be doing more of his classes. Vince has been very helpful with advice on trails to try out for beginners and helping take care of our bikes. I highly recommend Global bikes for all your biking needs!

These guys are just awesome. They made sure I am comfortable with the bike I buy. After I bought a bike from them it had some issues within a week. I took it to them and they got it fixed in just a couple of days. Stephen has been really helpful for us. He made sure I am comfortable with the seat adjustment. He also made sure that the bike stand in our car is fixed appropriately. I pleasantly had an awesome experience with these guys!

I have been going to this shop since I was about 12 years old. Never had one complaint they have always taken care of me and anyone I refer. I live in flagstaff now and could not find a good shop. I came home for the holidays and they were able to do all the service I need for under $100. Plus my 2015 Bike I bought from them was still covered under the life time warranty. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first road bike at Global Bikes – Ahwatukee! Doug is knowledgeable, provided great advice for a new road cyclist, and ensured that I was a well-informed customer. I didn’t experience any pressure to buy at all. It is clear that Doug and Vince have passion for the work they do, and because of it, customers are rewarded with fantastic service! I highly recommend this bike shop.

Jacob was so friendly and helpful today at the store. It was our son’s 13th birthday and he was able to test out some bikes and special order one. We thought it would take weeks then Jacob ran out to the parking area to tell us they could get the exact bike our son wanted in just a couple days. I recently purchased a 2021 Specialized Diverge Elite E5. This bike is perfect for gravel and road riding and is super comfortable. I am pleased with my purchase and with the service I received. I always try to support my local bike shop when possible and was glad they had the model and size I was looking for. I look forward to purchasing a bike from them in the future when the 2022/2023 models become available.

Global bikes Ahwatukee went above and beyond for me today. I have purchased bikes here before and needed expert service on another cruiser bike that I bought somewhere else. I rode the bike in on a Sunday, they were slammed, and they dropped everything to make a couple adjustments to get me back biking. I simply cannot say thanks enough about the service and cool guys that work there. Global bikes is awesome!!!

James was so helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my derailleur. It turned out the part was under warranty and although this is not a brand that global bike sells, they helped me with this, submitted the claim and installed the part once it arrived. They kept me in the loop with the whole process and I honestly could not have asked for better service. Thank you, James, for going above and beyond!

The gentlemen at Global bikes ahwatulee were helpful and knowledgeable! I let them know my price range and they showed me a great beginner's bike that I could afford. I was able to ride the bike around the premecis to ensure I loved the bike. They also tuned up my bike to make sure if was ready to go!!! Really love having a local bike shop that I can trust. Purchased my Levo SL from this shop and I feel confident every time I drop it off that they’ll take great care of it. Thomas is great at taking the time to explain services and is super knowledgeable, I know my bike is in good hands. Dylan is patient to answer questions and knows his stuff, great customer service from these guys.

These guys here are the real deal... Customer service and technical ability is a five star in my opinion. First time I walked in there they did a great job fixing my bike... They even went above and beyond to replace a tire I didn't know was flat with a leak. No charge, just showed me some love. Reason for the review is they are a quality repair and sales shop anything bike related.

These guys are simply the best. I decided to explore the technology of higher end bikes. Global showed me how to take advantage of the technology and keep the bike in top condition. Simply over and above what I expected. It’s a quality operation with great technicians. They have great bikes but i am most impressed by the complete service for bike enthusiasts to grow. Kudos to them.

These guys were amazing to do business with! Ordered an E bike from Trek and they assembled it and I was able to take part in an amazing deal to have tune-ups for life at an incredible rate. They helped me find the perfect helmet too and walked me through the evoke functionality. Jacob was super knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend doing business with them.

Global Bikes is amazing! We bought a trike with another company due to no trikes really being in store anywhere then had Global bikes put it together, it took very little time, two days top in our case! Then a month later I got a flat while out and same day they put on new thorn resistant tires! Over all, they’re quick with great quality and great customer service! Thank you!

So, good service does still exist. Doug, James, Kevin and Adrian have taken great care of me for over three years now. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me make good decisions on my bike purchases. On my 4th one. Doug and James show great patience while I work through picking my ride. Great experience from a great shop. Oh, and Al puts on some great rides as well.

Great service, great staff!! I had a bike stolen and was returned to me but in rough shape and they fixed it up beautifully for me. I also had some saddle issues and they helped get me on the right one. Also loving my Niner mountain bike that James helped me purchase and learn to ride! I’ll send all my friends to this bike shop for the quality service and repairs!

The servicing team set very clear expectations up front and then over delivered by having our bike repaired sooner than anticipated. They called, just as promised, to inform us so we could get back on the road and enjoy our bike. This team is great, whether you are a hardcore cyclist or an occasional rider, they treat you with respect and are super helpful.

After 22yrs of riding the same bike I thought it was time for an upgrade. They had me come in and ride some bikes, help me find the right size, and what worked best for me. My bike wasn't in stock so they ordered it for me. The model I was looking for was hard to get, but they gave me a date, and they delivered. Great experience, call and talk to Doug.

Global Bikes Ahwatukee has kept my bikes rolling for years. Absolutely love this shop and the staff is amazing. The repair crew is always friendly and able to help out in a pinch. I brought two 25+ year old bikes here to be restored. The personnel here were knowledgeable and friendly. They completely restored my bikes and made them look like new again. My grandparents are happy that I’ll be keeping these bikes around within the family. They also have a great selection of new bikes to choose from. I highly recommend!

Recently shopped here to buy kid's helmets for my son and daughter. Staff are always very helpful - service was great, in and out pretty fast. I have also been using Global Bikes for bike maintenance for the past 10 years, getting annual tune-ups, installing new components, and their prices are always very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Second time stopping at this particular store. The people here are great and friendly. We spoke to James and he was really helpful. He helped us pick out a bike for my daughter, showed me how to work the air pump I had bought for my bike and even shared with us some good places to go riding. I will definitely keep coming to this store.

Wonderful experience! I was visiting Arizona from Minnesota and rented a couple of Stumpjumpers from them for a few days. The bikes were amazing and set up just right! We have been looking at multiple electric bikes and were on information overload THEN we met Thomas and Dillon with Global Bikes. They were both knowledgeable with great customer service! I was treated great while in the store. Made a large purchase and made sure my bikes could be delivered. I was told by the clerk yes they will be delivered between 5 or 5:30. I was told a text would be sent for the address. Needless to say, I never got my 2 bikes as stated. Store closed at 5pm. It is 6:45pm. So disappointed.

I brought a bike in used that I had just bought elsewhere and James took care of me. He taught me how to work the gears, fitted my seat up for my height, filled my tires with air and gave me tons of other helpful assistance. I really have no intention of going anywhere else for my bike needs. It was a wonderful experience.

Matt (new service manager/mechanic) did a great job with my bike in Ahwatukee yesterday. Second time he's worked on my mountain bike so far (fork rebuild feels and looks great)! Noticed my pivots were cleaned (exteriorly) on the frame and they weren't clean before the bike went in! Thanks for going up and above Matt!

Legendary customer service. Doug B went out of his way to make sure I got the exact bike I wanted during a busy season! Staff was super friendly, helpful and non-condescending when I was asking basic questions as I start getting into MTB. It’s a really long drive for me to get to this shop but absolutely worth it.

I dropped my well used bike off to have a tuneup. It required a lot of work. When I picked it up after the work was completed it looked like a brand new bike. I immediately took it for a ride and it drove wonderfully. I highly recommend global bike shop and Ken was the mechanic who worked on my bike. Thank you.

I would like to thank Jacob and the guys at Global bikes, Ahwatukee, For a wonderful build on a reto redline SQB 26. Great work! Very patient and the good eye for details. If they don't have it they can get it for you, no matter what the part. I will definitely be using them again for another build. Killed it!

Since moving to Arizona, the landscape has been tough on our bike tires and required three separate visits to three separate bike shops. Finally I went to Global Bikes and purchased heavy duty tubes for both tires. The knowledgeable, friendly staff did the work on the spot in their well-organized, clean store.

This is the second Global Bikes I've bought from and it's a nice shop. They keep a lot of good bikes in stock. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't seen any of the elitism I sometimes get with other shops. The staff all seem eager to help you with whatever your two wheeled interests might be.

Great Bike Repair Service Brought in my Son's bike with a leak in the front fork fully expecting to spend $200 on a rebuild. Their techs did research on the propriety fork and ended up solving the problem for just $15. I truly value the honesty and the quality work.

I am a beginner in the road bike world and was gifted a pretty nice bike. They were very helpful in teaching me about the components, tuned it up and adjusted the seat and gave me some pointers before my first long ride. All around super helpful and welcoming vibe.

These guys are SUPER knowledgeable, efficient, and worth every penny. The free tune-ups I’m able to get because I purchased my bikes there are indispensable. They don’t push you to buy any specific bike, but direct you to what fits your skill set and budget.

I had a great experience here! I just needed a chain replacement and handle grips and since I come from so far away(1.25 hrs), the repair man was willing to squeeze the job in quickly and even put my son's bike back in my vehicle for me. Highly recommend!!!

I went in looking for a 24" MTB (really hard to find-but they had one) and came out with an XXS 26" which Im super excited about for my son! The staff was helpful and I think in the big picture this will be a better bike that will last longer too.

Global Bikes service department is very helpful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to fix my bike, whether it needs a major tune up or has a hard-to-find slow leak in the rear tire. I recommend them.

I brought in a broken crank and was lucky enough to find that the store had the part I needed. They were extremely fast and the part was only $4. This is the only place I go as a rookie rider.

I was very pleased with the service, I went there to get and interlude for my bicycle, they install and air the rear tire up for a nominally fee. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
