Buyer Beware. It was cold last night and I went to Glue for an over shirt. Found one and asked if it was size. Attendant told me to try it on. I did. Put it over my Tshirt but said it was too small. Attendant found one just right. I bought it and asked to have tags removed. Walked out happily into the cold night air. Friends told me I had bought a girls shirt. It buttons the wrong way. Took it back after ringing store who assured me I could exchange it for a suitable garment. On arrival was told because I had worn it tough luck. Left the over shirt as a present for the manager. No credit, lesson learnt. Buyer beware. Glue had lied to me twice. Once when I asked, is this my size? Which it wasn’t. I’m clearly a man. Second time when manager said I could exchange it for a men’s shirt. Sadly we can’t trust sales people at Glue stores. I have given one star for staff knowing company policy and no stars for ripping me off. Hope someone enjoys my warm girly shirt this winter left at Glue in protest.

Unethical, careless and unfriendly staff. Not only the sales "assistant" took nearly half an hour in the back room to check our receipt to process a return, taking us hostage in the store unless losing our receipt, but they managed to refuse to honor the refund on unworn items with tag and receipt due to using a membership card during purchase. To top this already terrible experience off, this same person forgot to put all the items back in the bag giving them back to us. Coming back 2 minutes later when coming to this realisation resulted in being told that "no other items have been found around the counter". Clearly incompetent and careless staff that I will avoid at all costs, and so should you.

First of many the sales person was very grumpy and rude. As any store which has return policy I don't see any problem to why is it difficult for her to process my request. She took my receipt and minutes later she went to the back store and leave me hanging waiting for 20 mins. Coming back to wherever, first thing she said "this is very annoying" how rude! She then gave me bulls*it skip goats and worst is she lied about not having her manager in the store who should I took to with such situation. Unethical and worst shopping experience I ever had.

Like most of these reviews, the staff are rude and unhelpful. The many times I come to this store the staff, particularly at the counter, are slow and give you a strange look at you when you ask them a general question. This happened a handful of times whenever I visit this store. I think the other Glue Stores in CBD have much helpful and nicer staff.

We popped in here on a shopping day last week and had a fun mooch around in this store. They stock some lovely stuff. Great jeans, pants, sports shoes, tops etc. I bought some pants that fitted really well and were just that little bit different and edgey. They seems to have different brands here. The pricing is quite reasonable here. Worth a look see

Coming from Europe, Sydney doesn't really have many great places to buy men's clothes without breaking the bank. Glue is a great place to but good, stylish clothes at a reasonable price. The customer service is very good and the store is modern and clean. The staff are more than happy to help with anything.

This is a response to Peter Fish’s review. But didn’t you throw the jacket at the staff worker and threw tantrum like a child? Anyway 5 stars for the staff who was just doing their job and no stars for Peter fish even though I bet that jacket look good on ya!!

Got this guy called maxilliam served me. Very bad service attitude, no greeting, no smile and saw me drop a piece of clothes didn’t even bother help picking it up. Gave me an unhappy face throughout the whole paying moments.

I went to the store on Friday and got the best help from one of the girls who helped me put an outfit together for a dinner event I had that night. I swear whenever I go in you guys always come through with the goods!!

Cool clothes, great vibes and Jamie really came through and was super helpful throughout the whole thing :). Was not able to find the Dickies, but was able to find great customer service …

Many thanks to Kayla, who managed to find me a whole outfit when I only came in for a jacket! Her professionalism and helpful nature are much appreciated. I will be coming back to this store!

Hannah was an absolute pleasure. She was super cool, super friendly and a joy to be served by. Dear Management, you need to give this girl a pay rise and hire more people like her.

Needed to find new work jeans and was served by Laura, she saved me so much time by finding me exactly the style I was looking for and was super sweet and helpful!!!

Went in today. 2 staff members standing at the desk on their phones.... 1 other staff member walking around aimlessly, not greeting customers. We walked out.

The staff are awesome, the store needs ventilation though because it is so hot in there I was overheating. I felt for the staff being trapped in there

Kept my partner occupied while I went and did what I had to do to get her Christmas gift sorted. She loved it and we knew we would be back !

Female staff was rude, not really helpful and gave the wrong information about return polies. Would never come to Glue store to shop.
