I worked with Julia, and let me just say WOWW! This company is so helpful and all about costumer service. I would give 100 stars if I could. I was recommended to them from a traveling Facebook group and I was a little nervous at first because I have never used them before. I am also in the USA and they are an Australian company. Though let me tell you they were constantly on top of it. Even with the huge time difference I always got a very quick response. I am also super picky and they spent hours helping me plan the perfect vacation. This is definitely a company that will stand by your side and help you plan and they are quick to respond and help. They also have a awesome and convenient app that puts everything in one spot for you. This is a great tool that they have and I personally enjoy because it helps alleviate stress on my side and also keeps me from having 1,000 screenshots for the trip in my camera roll. I highly recommend using this company! They will definitely take care of you, as they did me. I am super grateful I was recommended to use them and I will continue to use them for the rest of my trips.

I have recently planned to move to America and Go Now has been so fantastic helping me with everything I need to do before my trip. They have been so helpful in providing me with up to date covid information to ensure I will be ready to board my flight. Organising car hire and accomodation has been a seamless process and the prices are much better than anything else I have seen online! The free app that you have access too is a game changer too! It has literally everything you need to be 100% organised for your trip and is so easy to use As an avid traveller I couldn't recommend this company more.

Jenna then created different trip packs completely personalised for me to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble! Jenna and her team are incredible! Their customer service is absolutely great. I have used their services several times and each time they have been able to accomodate me last minute (due to my own lack of organisational skills) and they have been so responsive, finding my family and I really great deals. They have made booking for a holiday so easy as they are able to provide everything, flights, accomodation, car hire. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

We are blown away by the support, care and professionalism Jenna and Go Now Travel has shown us. Jenna was supportive and made the whole process so easy. We had booked a trip away and found ourselves in another Melbourne lock down. Jenna sorted everything for us! I recently used Go Now Travel to book my trip to Thailand, it was the best experience and I couldn't recommend them enough!
