No car lift to lift cars. They do basic car maintenance like engine oil and fluid changes and tyre/brake works. I had booked on GoMechanic app and car was brought to this workshop.standard service Rs. 2999 includes : Engine oil replacement with Mobil 5w30 oil ( sourced from an oil drum, not from sealed can as you would expect). Engine coolant top-up. Brake fluid top-up. Engine Oil filter replacement. Air filter replacement. Car wash. Car interior vaccuming. Brakes remove and check . Services not performed even though mentioned in standard GoMechanic package: Fuel filter check. OBD scanning (they don't have such facility) Spark plug checks. Windshield washer liquid . You have to pay for any additional parts that has to be replaced. Eg. Front brake pads (KBX BRAND) Rs.1250 A/C filter Rs.380 You have to be vigilant and constantly check if they are doing proper service and genuine parts replacements.

I really disappointed, I thought Gomechanic will provide good service but it’s not the case: 1 ) They are not responding properly for customer complaints. 2 ) For my Skoda rapid I usually use SW40 fully synthetic oil but here they are using SW30 semi synthetic oil and am not sure that there using good oil bcoz they were using from oil drum instead of oil sealing can, and also it’s reduced my vehicle performance. 3 ) They are not scanning the engine for inspection. 4 ) They are not professional mechanic engineer. 5 ) I selected standard packing it’s cost around 6200 and in that package they mentioned spark plug clean but they din do. 6 ) totals am very much disappointed and I lost my money.

Overall a very good 1st experience, I would highly recommend this particular garage, as the pictures of the parts serviced and replaced were shared with me to give me a sense of confidence about the quality of service carried out, Rohit Patyal, had been very helpful in delivering the vehicle on time and timely assurance over looking the entire process from the spot (Garage). Initially I was sceptical about using GoMechanic service however I am delighted.

Enquired about part availability on call and then booked a slot, they played around the entire day telling the part is on the way and postponed it to the next day. Waited an entire day for a part they confirmed on call for them to tell they can't source the parts and i should wait for another 2-3 days. Why would I call and ask in the first place you idiots, truly unprofessional. Mind you they took money from me as a booking charge.

Don't trust Gomechanic. Very worst behaviour. There no proper response from manager & all the staff. Simply worst it happens to me last week. After that Go mechanic service desk as well not responding your query.

Worst service I got got go mechanic . Precious car condition was good then I took service from go mechanic, after that car was started facing issue. Next visit made condition worst.
