This is the most fraudulent service station that have come across. The first time I went there they gave me an estimate of 20,000 and charged me 25,000. They claimed to have fixed my AC and if any problems persist to contact again. Within a day I realised my AC had not been fixed. Then I go back again for a general service along with a redoing of previous times pending work. The estimate for the Gen service was 10,000 and then I was told for AC I need to change a part which will cost 5000. I expected a total bill of around 15,000 but the end bill was 22,000+. Not to mention both the times the timelines have not been met. They say but they LL give it to you in a day and took 3 days. I would definitely not recommend this service station unless you want to get looted and cheated in all manners

I booked a car interior spa service from GoMechanic - Prama Cars and because they were the closest garage to my house. This was my first experience with Prama Cars. Mr.Praneeth was my GoMechanic service buddy and ensured that the car was cleaned satisfactorily. He also helped unjam one of the doors and top up the wiper fluid. Mr.Rahman and Mr.Manjunath collected and delivered the car in satisfactory condition. Although the job took longer than expected, it was very neatly done. They had also ensured to get in touch with me regarding my umbrella that I'd forgotten to remove from the car before giving it to them. Mr. Rajendra, the manager of Prama was very professional. Overall, I was happy with their service and would definitely recommend Prama Cars.

Had intialy given 5 star review. Just reducing it to 1 star. I realised that their pricing is very high and they unnecessarily changed parts that did not need changing. They chargede total.of 20k and did not fix the pump issue i had. Finally got it done at authorised maruti service centers for a cheaper price. I had paid for shampoo and spa for car. Total scam and wastebof money. Felt cheated and will never opt for GoMechanic. I had given 5 star at the time of delivery and had not checked everything in detail. Changing now after throw use. They force you to give 5 star and overcharge. Total waste of money. DO NOT opt for GoMechanic.

Really very happy to share my experience with Prama Cars RR Nagar. Mr Praveen is very friendly and helpful. I went to the shop with not much of expectations as I just wanted to get some repaint and dent removal of my Car and did not want to spend much giving it to the Tata service centre. But I was really surprised to see that the kind of service these guys give is par excellence which you can see from the pics I shared. I will definitely recommend this workshop for all Car maintenance related services. Thank you Praveen and Prama for your lovely work.

Fraud service station. I had given for car service. After service many problems facing. They took 4 days to return my car. After service while riding many sounds even tyre fitted wrongly . And fake bills they generate and generate more than online bill. my ac not working now. Totally money and time wasted . Now I need to give service again don’t go for this

Absolutely not satisfied , This is the most unreliable car service I have ever used.. i had booked for deep all round spa for my Skoda Rapid and when the car was delivered the dust on the steering wheel was clearly visible, mud under the rear bumper was still there, so you all can imagine how the DEEP CLEANING SPA was done... Pathetic service

My vehicle broke down on a Sunday evening on my way back to bangalore. I got in touch with prama cars via go mechanic, and even though it was nearing their day end, they were patient enough for me to arrive at their garage and help me out. Thank you Prama cars and gomechanic.

With unskilled mechanic team they are operating. Given for 60000 complete car check but lost my car performance after receiving the vehicle from them. Pure unprofessional. Suggest not to give the vehicle here since it's a valuable for us but not for them.
