I had a collision with a badly lit divider at East MAREDPALLY on early hours of the morning when I was going to pick up my son on Ugadi day. A misaligned rear divider touched my rt wheel bursting it and spun my veh 90• torstional forces broke up my chassis and suspension though my speed was barely above 40kmph. Rodeo Cars Mr Nageshwar Rao woke up their recovery driver @ 4 in in the morning To tow my vehicle to their workshop at Vayu Puri. They have handed over the Veh today in a record time of 7 days, despite the front chassis is difficult to come by. Their billing has also been very conservative and value for the money . BNR SKIN HOSPITALS Special Thanks to their head mechanic Mr Shoukat who worked ceasely all througout the sunday on his off day, to hand over Veh on Monday, with a concern that I would need the car to go to my Hospital on a working day.. .. I have booked service of my car through go mechanic and opted comprehensive plan First of all this service centre was accessible from my home and looks decent set up. The service of which I opted was not completely done and some opted service like throttle body clean up was not done when I asked about them they said when it is good why to clean it. My point was we give service of vehicles to prevent the future problems. I felt the technically the people were not much experienced in the service. Change of other things oil, filters etc were done promptly. The major complaint of engine sound was not clarified simply left over saying alternator bearing sound. Coming to interior and exterior washing of the vehicle they are exceptionally good, for me my vehicle looked like new show room vehicle. I recommend this service centre for water wash of your vehicle and minor technical repairs only. Kudos to the team for washing the vehicle perfectly

Been there for my car service , they claim they are very cheap service compare to company brand workshop , but they don't do general required periodical maintenance, My car oil was changed, air filter and oil filter changed , nothing other than this was done, even washing was not done because the motor was not working , and the service charge is not cheap at all compare to company workshop , at company workshop they do all the required services as per manual, there you will get a mental satisfaction after service, but here it's opposite ! After service I called them to discuss about other maintenance they have not done to my car , I have asked for throttle body cleaning , caliper greasing, fuel injector cleaning , break shoe cleaning etc ..but they have not responded to my calls at all .Think twice before you go to this place, my friends were planning to go there for service, but now I don't recommend anybody to go there.

No need to worry, initially i thought if i can give my car to local service station or not but gave a try it turned out to be good. I am not giving review particularly for gomechanic but for this particular service center. Pros:- Videos n photos of service provided Pickup n drop service Systematic ways of job card n follow up They treat every point u tell , unlike brand Service station where they have no time to concentrate on your small problems. Cons: Parts availability Realtime tracking doesnt work properly Jugad , they try to manage things instead of replacing things. pocket friendly but not perfect however. If car has no major issues and its normal to little crital service then go for this. If its car is critical then i suggest go for brand service stations

We had to send our car back multiple times as the primary complaints remained even after we ended paying double the usual servicing cost. We had an issue with the drive of the car to which they said that the components of the front suspensions had to be replaced. 15000 rs later, the issue is still there, but now they were blaming the tyres. We also needed a repair to AC blowers. They insisted that the blower needed to be replaced. We paid for it and now we have this huge jet engine sounding thing behind our dashboard that gives the faintest of breeze. In the mean time they broke our windshield (and with it went the expensive tint on it) and they ripped out the mic from the entertainment unit in the car. They're not to be trusted along with gomechanic.

I have gotten my car serviced from here recently. Awesome service recieved. The Owner Mr.Nageswarao, Manager Moin and the Mechanic Shaukat are all friendly and give you the best advise related to your vehicle. The cost was the most reasonable I came across in our twin cities. They have a membership option which i opted for and the 1st bill itself recovered the cost i paid for the membership. Over all I am real happy to have found a good service point after such a long search since i was not really happy with the previous service of my Car from other places ( including Maruti Service center ). KUDOS TO Mr.NAGESHWARAO. P.S: They have stared a Bike service center too and I am looking forward for the same

Heartfully i am writing this review from past 7 years i am using car, i have changed 4 cars and i get service done in multiple car service center and company service center after referral of my friend i gave my Honda City ZX for general service and small denting painting This guys are very experienced and fully professional, they did a very fantastic job, In my entire car using experience i have never seen this much low charge car service in the city, For sure i will recommend to my friends. I had tried their standard service, major service, suspension overhaul, Teflon service on Renault Kwid, Ford Ecosport, XL6 (neighbors ride) via Gomechanic and they have always delivered their promise of quality .. Service has always been taken Care of personally and they are very customer friendly experts.. Try this place out.. Ask for suleiman bhai.. He is the best! My car Given to Rodeo mechanic work Shop sainikpuri for Ac is not effective checked given estimation for 17k i given approval to do Ac work.. after finishing of work from day 1 Ac is not working. taken 500rs for diesel for my car. but my car diesel showing empty. No one lift my call. Personally i gone work Shop 4 times stating that worker's on leave. Called so many times. Atlast I only fed-up.. that's the main agenda of Rodeo mechanic.. im totally dissatisfied

Now a days getting a good car service with pickup n drop is quite difficult to have faith on service part. Recieved peace of mind with pleasant service experience and difference in my car performance by Rodeo Car Expert. Just to verify ; I had asked the team to share all the snap taken during service. Recieved all snap; revive my faith on service package I had selected. Thanks to Moin who had shared on demand immediately without any delay.

Sent my Kwid for engine warning lights and Misfire issues. Car was not used for a year almost. Gomechanic experts in Rodeo cars fixed it and brought her back to life..special thanks to Munna bhai who was the mechanic. Experts who are honest and positive like him drive business for Gomechanic. service buddy krishna is too rude to customers. he doesnot respond to customers calls. Did you take any action against rude service buddy Rodeo guys did not replace an item which they claimed to have changed. I approached Rodeo for my Safari car service and some repairs. Their mechanic took a test drive and I explained him about my issues and also wanted to get a general service done. The management took my number and said they will share an estimate quotation. It's been 10 days and still I didn't receive any call from them. Poor customer service.

A very bad experience. Vehicle given for a small dent paint of one door and one fender. Paint work poor with not matching paint. Teflon coating job a very low quality dine. Don't make of using gomechanic app/ use their workshops.
