I had the worst carotene treatment as staff wanted to rush to home they didn’t iron on my hair after the cream i feel so bad when my friends says it doesn’t look like you had carotene i am posting this even after a month because i feel like i have wasted my $200. When the owner got to know that there was some issue he didn’t think to talk to customer when i went to wash my hair his wife said on my face that beacause a customer name Aman had argument with staff that is why my husband would like to let her wait to to wash her hair just to teach her lesson I don’t know she didn’t know it was me or she said it on purpose anyway i didn’t mind to wait i just ignored whole incident as i am a positive person i was thinking that is okay i am not gonna come back here. But anyway I guess if a owner find out that there was an issuhe should at least ask once to customer. There was 2 staff members who blowdry my hair after putting cream on one side one staff did iron and another side othe staff said leave it it doesn’t need to i just politely ask that one side look different as one side is been ironed and other side not. Just it i am very polite with voice and tone I can’t be rude or argue but Thanks for teaching me lesson dear owner

A massive thanks to Golden grace Team, It was my first visit to Golden Grace, i got my full head color , highlights, and keratin treatment, i had really stubborn and already coloured hair but they gave me what i wanted. The customer service was outstanding, and the results were exactly what i was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. This is the only salon with my 100% trust. I never got disappointed with their service. Their makeup and hair style made my day on my birthday and i got keratin treatment almost 5 months ago but my hairs are still shining and straight. My hairs were never healthy but after the treatment, i have no words to say how nice and healthy they look!! Big thanks to veer and dimple. I recently got my keratin treatment done from here and results were amazing and totally unexpected. Service of the duo was top notch. Worth the price and time. It is at home (in garage) salon but the ambience beats any fancy mall salon. Hair cut could have been better if done by dividing hair into sections as I got the bob cut done but I’m not that bothered about it after seeing amazing keratin treatment results. The best part was they offered a free first hair wash with the treatment. Definitely going back there and will highly recommend this place to others.
